I’ve been using this TV for couple days now, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations for the price. First off, the picture quality is outstanding. The Mini-LED backlighting with local dimming really makes a difference — blacks look deep, highlights are bright, and HDR content looks incredible. Watching movies feels almost like being in a theater. Even during the daytime, the screen stays clear thanks to the strong brightness and anti-glare design. The 85-inch size is absolutely immersive. Whether it’s sports, movies, or gaming, it really pulls you in. Sports especially look fantastic with smooth motion and vibrant colors. For gaming, this TV performs surprisingly well. The high refresh rate and Game Mode make gameplay smooth with very little lag, which is great for PS5 and Xbox. Another thing I like is the Fire TV system — super easy to use, everything (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) is already there, and Alexa voice control is very convenient. Sound is decent out of the box, better than I expected, but adding a soundbar would make it even better. Overall, for the price, this is an incredible value. You get a huge screen, premium picture quality, solid gaming performance, and a very user-friendly smart system. I’ve had this TV for a little while now and I’m really happy with it. The picture is bright, clear, and the colors look great right out of the box. I mainly use it for streaming movies and shows, and everything looks sharp with excellent detail. The setup was easy, and navigating through the apps is simple. I was also surprised by how good the sound is without needing a soundbar. Gaming has been smooth as well, with no noticeable lag or motion issues. Bought this 100" U6SF Pro for our dorm to watch movies and musicals together on weekends. Mostly Friday nights and Saturdays — not heavy use, but we wanted something worth gathering around. Now everyone is satisfied with it. The 100" size is really impressive. It sounds excessive but honestly just works in a shared space. Everyone gets a good view from wherever they're sitting, no squinting, no fighting over seats. Picture is solid. Musicals look great — stage lighting and colors come through really well. Movies hold up nicely in darker scenes too. Nothing to complain about there. The built-in subwoofer is a nice bonus. We're not audiophiles but the sound feels full enough that we haven't bothered with external speakers. Fire TV is easy to use, loads quickly, and has everything we need. Price-wise, splitting it across a few people made it very reasonable for what you're getting. Installation is the only hassle — definitely need extra hands for a 100" panel. Delivery was a bit of a pain. Communication with the courier was frustrating and the delivery window got rescheduled three times, which was annoying. Absolutely amazed at the over all quality of the TV. The picture quality is stunning and I know color having been a color specialist back in the days of film photography. Positives: • Super price • Build and finish are way above price point. • The sound I love as i have hearing aids after flying for 19 years. • There are many settings to customize the sound and video. I have it 1/2 finished as I take my time and look at many shows and many channels and movies. So far it performs. • The remote is simple and efficient • The App for our phones doesn't just go 1/2 the way, you have full control and all the features you want. • The packaging is excellent with small things other brands do not do and I know as i have installed hundreds of TVs and monitors in the last 18 years. Negatives: • The panel has a relatively narrow width of top color quality, meaning that if you are sitting off to one side rather far, you will not get the full impact of the image richness, and it is rich. I was able to adjust the placement on the wall perfectly for the living room viewing area by slight angling so both sides and middle of the room get a great experience. • My wife complained that she thought the sound was not as good as she would like. I told her It is perfect for my hearing aids so she is happy. I think I have a little more work to get her some more base, or I will install our high end sound bar We never use!!! ... show more

This is my first time buying a Hisense and have been impressed. The setup was very easy as I was able to open, assemble the stand, and place on my TV stand without assistance. However, you should get help if you are unable to lift it solo. The controls were simple and I was able to add and setup streaming apps with ease. The picture quality was clear and almost realistic. The anti-glare feature lived up as advertised as my TV is located near windows with a lot for light, but the shine. The sound quality features among movies, sports, TV as excellent and I carried well. Playing music through apps was just as great. The Dolby sound enhance the experience. The remote control were reliable, responsive, and easy to use. I was able to toggle among my apps with ease, without the needto refer to the manual. Alexa was a nice feature to have as I can ask to navigate my apps, adjust sound, and ask questions during movies and sport events. There were some instances in which Alexa was non-responsive, but I take it a learning curve. Overall, the Hisense delivered in ease, picture and sound quality, as well as responsive to my needs in my opinion. The brand has exceeded my expectations and would consider a repeat buy. ... show more

Looks like a great TV, however Amazon messed up the service installation, they didn't bring the "correct tools" - what, a screwdriver to put the feet on it? I had to hop on a meeting (ironically I work for the Whole Foods Markets HQ division of Amazon) When I went to set it up myself later, I discovered there was no power cord, no feet, no remote, no manual.. nothing but the TV. Amazon refunded me $100+, because that helps so much when having a useless TV. Hisense is impossible to reach for any kind of customer support to get the missing pieces, whether by web or phone. All in all, a terrible mess and waste of time and money. I'm never had issues like this before, my last TV was a Hisense bought via Amazon and it was great.... 5/21/26 - I bought another one, and it's awesome... when all the parts are there. Seriously, a great TV - sound is amazing, not even bothering with my soundbar. I'm still trying to get any kind of support for the missing parts from Hisense from my initial purchase - I'll literally buy what ever was missing rather than having a 75" piece of glass leaning against the wall, but it appears to be hopeless.
