• Research if your powering older equipment.
Size: 1 Pack Style: 100Ah RV & Trolling Motor(Group 31)
Replaced lead batteries, more power and longer running time for my trolling motor, the Litime batteries are excellent choice! Only caution I have is my Minkota Riptide 80 is a 2014 and it’s suggested that I only run max 80% power (very seldom use more than 30-40%) or I run the risk of overheating the older motor. Also purchased a new charger for the lithium batteries. ... show more

 • Works well, good product
Size: 1 Pack Style: 100Ah RV & Trolling Motor(Group 31)
I used this battery to replace an Optima AGM battery in my 36-volt trolling motor system that went bad after six years. I am impressed with the light weight - about 1/3 of the Optima. It was MUCH easier to get installed since there is very little room in the battery compartment of my boat (20 ft Triton). The new battery also costs $100 less than the Optima. The battery arrived well packaged in foam. It charged up overnight with my 10 amp boat charger. The only issue so far is the terminals. They use an 8mm bolt to attach the cables; this is difficult to do when reaching back into the battery compartment since I couldn't see the part of the battery where they attach. Total "by feel" job and if I'd dropped the bolt it would have been gone forever. Next time I'll get a couple of 8 mm stud bolts and make post-style terminals. After I had everything installed I ran the boat on the trolling motor wide open (112 lbs thrust) for about a mile with no issues. I'll update this review in a few weeks when I've had a chance to go on a few fishing trips. If it works out I'll replace the other two TM batteries this winter with these LiOn batteries. ... show more

 • Awesome Lithium Battery
Size: 1 Pack Style: 100Ah RV & Trolling Motor(Group 31)
I have been wanting to get a set of Lithium batteries for a while, for my 80 lb. trolling motor. I looked at a lot of reviews on YouTube. These had really good reviews, so i thought i would give them a try. I got 2 of the 100ah batteries, The 100 ah battery is what i seen everyone recommending. This have been great so far. I've used them 3 times, They came about 4o percent charged in a well package box. I also ordered a 10 amp charger from LiTime also. Took right at 6 hrs. each to charge. The first time i used them, i tried to run the trolling motor as much as i could, i fishing around 5 hrs. in moderate wind. The battery only lost like one percent. I went ahead and charged them back to 100 percent. The next time i fished a 2 day tournament on Lake Norman NC, 6am to 3pm, in heavy wind at times. I kept the trolling motor on 5 to 8 most of the day and sometimes 10. At the end of the day I was still showing 99percent. So that night i didn't charge the batteries and fishing another day in heavy wind. The batteries was still at 98 percent on my battery monitor. This is crazy i thought. My buddy had gotten a set from a different company that was more expensive. But he went with the 50 ah batteries. And his was still at 90 percent after 2days. I didn't think the 50 ah battery would be good for a 20ft. bass boat, but i think the LiTime 50 ah would have been good also. I might have gotten the 50's if i have known, but i very very happy with the 100's i got. Custom service has also reached out and asked if i had gotten them and if i had used them. I think they stand behind their products. If they last 5 to 10 years, i will be happy. update. My battery monitor was set wrong. batteries had gotten down to 80 percent left. still a great battery ... show more

 • Super lightweight, charges quick
Size: 1 Pack Style: 100Ah RV & Trolling Motor(Group 31)
Love this battery so far. Use it on my 54lb thrust trolling motor on my canoe. Wicked light compared to standard acid batteries. Holds charge well. Wife and I will buzz around the lake all day(6-10hrs) with phone chargers on, speaker constantly plugged in and lights going when its dark on one charge and I havent seen it below 50% yet. Things gnarly *EDIT* HOLY FRIGGIN CRAP! Wife FLIPPED THE CANOE yesterday- fully submerged for about 5 minutes. THIS BATTERY IS STILL WORKING FINE! I have a smaller one specifically for lights and chargers AND THAT ONE ALSO STILL WORKS. I dont know what else I can say other then LiTime has my business for as long as i have battery needs! ... show more

 • Support Good, Quirky
Size: 1 Pack Style: 100Ah RV & Trolling Motor(Group 31)
EDIT: Added more context, support was helpful but not understanding to the problem they introduced. They offered a full refund to return. Read updates below, I opted to keep. As others have mentioned, the BMS does weird things. Charging will hold at ~13.5 V and then suddenly disconnect causing a charger fault. Reading voltage will show ~12.8 V at all times after charging and after placing a small load. Subsequent charging causes same issue. Using a smart charger with LiFe profile, when BMS disconnects the charger shows a fault. The 100Ah Mini, *OLD* 100Ah Standard and 100Ah self-heating never did this. Only the TM has ever done this. Have used other manufacturer batteries all without issue prior. UPDATE 3: Charging with a load is key to preventing the charging circuit from disconnecting. THe new BMS protection will introduce a voltage drop, which some chargers see as a fault. It is done at the BMS when the battery is at ~14.4V. Having a small load on the battery will allow the charger to detect ~14.4V and stop the charge. Without the load the circuit will completely disconnect and even caused large spikes as the charger attempted to ramp voltage. So standard bench charging or no-load charging (likely with some uses) is not without issues. This applies to ALL LiTime models going forward. UPDATE 2: Having a lot of remote/off-grid experience, I have been trying to provide more details to LiTime. Only response has been that it is expected. Unacceptable response. This also includes the newest "Standard" 100Ah, same problem. Will not charge to 14.2/14.4V without BMS disconnecting. UPDATE: LiTime has offered refund, so will update from there. Have attempted a few more cycles to just see if this is a balancing issue and it doesnt seem to have changed, disconnects the circuit during charge, reconnect shows lower voltage. Solar charge will not be happy with that. ... show more
