Edit: The seller reached out to me and sent me a new package. They were wonderful to work with, and really care about their customer's. The lights work beautiful, and look great! I probably just had received a damaged box last time. I am super happy, and would buy again. I was really excited to buy these. I bought them earlier in the spring, and just recently opened them, and unfortunately they don't work well. One strand works, and was bright the first few nights. Now it still works, but is dim. The other strand in the box has never worked. I moved it to a different part if the yard for now to see if that made a difference, and so far nothing. If they worked they would look great.

Originally bought these in 2021. At first, yes, they were dimmer than expected as other reviews mention but then, once I accepted them for what they were - ambient light and nice atmosphere - I loved them. They lasted out on the balcony for 2 years then stopped charging. I switched to wire lights that cost about the same and now 2 years later, they've died. After lots of looking and considering, I am buying these again - for the price, the quality, and accepting that 2 years can be the average lifetime of solar string lights in this price range.

this is my second string of these lights, the first string lasted about 1 1/2 years and then started flashing on and off like a casino or something. seems like the first string was on till dawn, but may be a memory issue for me....this second string seems a little dimmer and only stays on till about 2 or 3 am. gets full sun all day, so it's not that. maybe a 100' is too long for continuous power, but also replaced a 60' string and it's doing the same thing. i'm not usually up at 2 or 3 am, so no big deal, and am hoping these last me longer than the first string. look great, just hoping they don't start flashing in few months - supposedly the flashing is a sign they are failing. probably worth the money if they don't get more expensive. good luck

I agree with another reviewer. These lights only one of the lights worked the other one did not. I was going to return them and I needed to post a picture so therefore I had to wait till night tonight is that night and when I went to post to take the picture of the lights it’s said it was closed time frame. I bought them on April 26. I started my return before May 26 and now it will not let me post. That is not right lousy product.

Although the bulbs are delicate and must be handled with care to avoid breaking if they hit a solid surface, their warm, yellow glow is ideal for our deck or patio. Providing just the right amount of brightness for decorative purposes, we like these lights usually to remain on a steady mode, though they do offer a variety of other modes worth exploring. I ordered these lights to run along the creeping fig in this “secret garden”. One set worked quickly ) read the instructions to cover, choose mode) the other did not. I read another post that one string didn’t work and that person had to work with the string a bit. I did the same and moved the wires and unlinked them. After that, they worked. i think it is a nice set for the wall. I am going to add some other lanterns to give off more light to have a dinner or cocktail in the secret garden :)
