We use only UV treated and resistant poly wicker for extended life and reduced maintenance. Our cushions are washable and water resistant and UV resistant.

I have looked all over for a set of chairs for my new home. I love this set! People who had complaints about it. I have none. It was kind of tedious to put together and took some time, but once it was together, the cushions are comfortable, even though the seat part one is thin like people mentioned, but it’s actually really comfortable in the back is comfortable as well! It looks really high-end and I feel like I got a great deal for it! I like nice things not cheap made things. I’m glad I purchased this. I definitely recommend it!

I love them. Comfy. We paid for the assembly and they were on time and super quick. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars cuz there was lots of threading on cushions that needing to be cut off or fixed and the cushions could be more stuffed and stiffer. They are pretty soft not sure how long they will last but we shall see! Very pretty! I would buy another set in future. Love that they are swivel rockers.

First off these chairs are amazing quality, easy to assemble and come with a special handy rachet tool for getting those Allen wrench tight spots. Love the rock and swivel. And they’re sooo comfortable. So nice I bought a second set! But what I really came here to say is this company’s customer service is A++ I had a problem with my cushions and they sent replacements right away-no hassle no extended delivery time and very responsive! Recommend 100%

Took a bit to put together but they are sturdy and comfortable. My only grip is the back cushions are not shaped like the photos on Amazon, as the zippers are on the side and viewable if set as in the photo giving it a little funky look.

Well, well, no surprise here, the bolts that they give you are completely CRAP!!! and strip with the littlest of effort! That is my absolute biggest complaint with all of these types of furniture. I don’t understand why they don’t charge a couple extra dollars and give you bolts that are actually made well so that you don’t have to deal with this crap, but of course everything made in China is super high-quality! And they give you about 10 extra washers, but only the exact number of nuts/bolts so when you strip one, and you will…. off to the store, you go, so then, you can stand in Home Depot for a half an hour trying to find something comparable and pay $3.50 a bolt. So be very gentle on them because once you strip them, there’s no way to back the bolt out without a bunch of fun with two sets of wrenches, which I got to do! about three times!! Had to end up going to Home Depot and buying $15 worth of bolts to replace the crappy ones they give you. also had to drill out one of the bracket holes to mount the swivel on the base because of course they didn’t lineup without half the bolt hole being covered. Now the cushions…. they advertised as luxury, they’re not! they’re just OK. The backrest cushion was super squishy and flimsy not like the photo. so all in all, were the chairs and the table worth $275? No. But now that I have taken all the time and effort to put these things together, I’m going to keep them, of course, because trying to return them would be even worse.
