I waited a few months to write a review to make sure it held up, and it really did. This is perfect for getting in some steps in front of the TV. It is quite heavy and I needed help to get it up the stairs, but once I got it up there it is easy to move around because of the wheels. I can slide it under the bed when I want to get it out of the way. The walking pad itself is great- the remote is really nice and it works as advertised. I don't know if I would feel safe sprinting on it, but for a solid power walk it is perfect, now I can take my walk even when the weather is bad. Still very impressed with this thing after 6+ months of solid use.

For an inexpensive under-desk treadmill, this is o.k. It really is plug and play straight out of the box, it's easily moved, and it feels sturdy. Two things are not great. First, it has no pause function. It is either on or off, so if you like to track your steps/miles, but you have to hop off for a bit, it starts over completely. But that is really a minor inconvenience. The second is a little more concerning. The short length is more of an issue than I imagined. I am 5'7" with a very normal stride, but the treadmill is so short that I've stepped on the edge at the back a couple of times. I have to be super cognizant of where my feet are landing, which is a bit counter to the point of being able to walk and work at the same time. It is fine for now, but my next purchase will include a longer track.

Was working great. The third prong of the wire completely broke and now it no longer works. I have only had this for about 3 months. I did contact customer support though.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this walking pad in December of 2022 and the first one that I was sent had to be sent back due to issues with the belt of the pad. The second one I was sent was great! I’ve been using it almost every week day with my standing desk since I purchased it. This morning, though, I got on my walking pad, and it immediately started making loud noises. I chalked it up to maybe the belt needing to be adjusted, so I did just that and then got back on. The noises did not go away, and as I was walking I could feel a shaking sensation coming from the motor area of the walking pad. I immediately got off and haven’t used it because the shaking really caught me off guard and it felt unsafe to be on the machine. I’m bummed because I really enjoyed the product when it was working fine.

I loved this little treadmill at first, and I've used it once or twice a week for about 3 months. It just started making the loud noise and shaking sensation that other customers have complained about. I can't figure out how to contact support about it. :/ I'd like to keep using it, but it seems very unsafe now. Disappointing. Edit: After posting the above review, the seller contacted me with an offer of a full refund or replacement. This is excellent customer service. I purchased a lemon from another seller and had to fight hard to get a refund. I was pleasantly surprised that this seller is taking customer satisfaction so seriously.

Amazing customer service! I had issues with my belt once and they replied to my concern within a few hours with a solution! I am now writing this just one year since purchasing and started having new issues. They worked with me to try to resolve and unfortunately we weren’t able to resolve but they were able to replace my machine at no cost! Good customer service goes such a long way! Very satisfied!

Pros: Easy to use. Has wheels so you can move it around. Low sound. Good price. Cons: No pause feature on the remote. So if you need to take a break for any reason, you have to start the timer and all the counters over. I personally can’t see how anyone could run or jog on this thing. I can only get it up to 2.8 speed before I’m falling off the back of it. Trying to keep up. And I don’t walk slow as my boyfriend reminds me every time we are at the store. I just think the over all length is too short for running or speed walking. But it does the job as my under the desk treadmill for the days I work at home. Helps me get my steps in for sure. Overall: would buy again.
