The quick start guide was simple to follow and ready to use after unboxing. This thing is amazingly well made! I like all the features such as the back lit display both on the top and bottom area, safety pull, the removable holder for cellphone, remote and best of all compact for easy storage upright or on the floor. This treadmill is low noise level too. My Pro-Form form was more loud, bulky and took up a lot of space and was triple the price! This is a very sturdy treadmill. I only use it for walking, but it would work great for jogging. Everything worked great when I plugged it in, it connected to my Wi-Fi immediately, and all you have to do is lift up the rails and open the arms. That said, this is a heavy treadmill, we needed two people to get it out of the box and we had to get it up a set of stairs. I bought a Pilates pad and some foam blocks for it to stand on since we were putting it on a carpet. I am glad this one came with the hand rails as I am not that used to walking on treadmills. The walking belt is wider than a lot of the other ones out there. I had a question about the belt and emailed support, they got back to me with an answer within a couple of days. I got this on sale for Black Friday and all I can say is it’s awesome, very easy to set up, and it’s very sturdy .. it also has an app with different programs you can use for free and more if you want to pay for app.. it’s definitely heavy but I can move it and I am a 70 year old woman.. I live where there is lots of snow so I got this so I can walk indoors for rhe winter…great treadmill and definitely worth the money ... show more

Wonderful treadmill/walking pad for small spaces. Works great, easy to set up and use and I love the app that you can sync your walks to. Spacious walking pad, as well. I am 6’1” and was concerned it would be too tight and it is not!

Update 8.5.25 - Stopped working after 3 months of use. Started sticking when running on it a week ago. Then today the tread mill abruptly stopped and threw me forward, fortunately today I was only warming up at 2.50 mph. Unfortunately I am pass the Amazon return window. The lady at Amazon Customer Service tried to help me to the best of her ability. Over $300 dollars (including tax) and it stops working. I purchased another walk pad about two years ago and it is still working, the only reason I got this one was because it would allow me to run at higher rates of speed. I really DID (key word is DID) love this at first. I love this walk pad/treadmill when I can get on it. My son uses it more than I do. He loves the fact that it can up to 10mph and he runs with it on 10mph. It is the perfect size design etc. the only drawback is when we put it up the front part scrapes the floor. That is why a four instead of 5 star rating. I put some caster wheels there and now we just role it into its storage spot and it elevates it just enough that we can put the cover on it. Note this thing is kind of heavy, but that is a good thing. I highly recommend. ... show more

This walking pad is perfect for me! I am 62 years old 5’7” with long legs and I don’t feel like I’m going to walk off it at all. I am using it while watching walking tours on YouTube to plan for future trips. I love the sides that I can rest my hands on for balance. I bought a Velcro drink holder that I added that also holds the remote so I have space on front for my phone and TV remote.
