The media could not be loaded. This stovetop arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. It also arrived 3 days sooner than the original estimate. The old stovetop that this replaced was a little smaller than this one and I had to enlarge the hole slightly but it was an easy fix that I was expecting. Once the opening was prepared the cooktop dropped easily into place and the hookups were simple to attach. Don't use the supplied Teflon tape as it is not the proper tape for gas connections. I used pipe thread compound to install the regulator to the cooktop and the flared fittings do not require any sealant. I had to swap out the orifices from natural gas to propane but that was fairly simple. The cooktop seems to be well made and the grates are heavy cast iron and it really made a difference in the looks of my outdated kitchen. I also purchased the 4 year protection plan just in case I have problems but after seeing it I doubt it will be needed but its good to have the peace of mind. If you're looking for a good cooktop for a very low price I would recommend this one. ... show more

I really like this cooktop. The 36" size is a nice upgrade from the standard 30". The extra space really makes a difference and makes it actually possible to use all of the burners at the same time. Super nice for thanksgiving or other such dinners that require a lot of components made at the same time. It comes with a conversion kit for propane which my husband was easily able to do as we run on propane here. Overall it's a great looking and super functional cooktop. ... show more

The reason I gave 2 stars to this cooktop is having broken grate other than that this unit is built very well. The size is fit as expected which is 36" and fits as exact as my old one. All burners have blue flames which means they work properly. Also, the whole frame is built with stainless steel, so it's very sturdy and easy to clean especially greasy food. Sadly, because the grates are cast iron which usually are, they were broken in the box for some reasons. ... show more

This is such an amazing stove! It looks absolutely awesome, it performs well and the little built-in spot that we created for it was a perfect fit.
