This stovetop is great! I placed the rubber feet on and tried it out before installing it in the counter to make sure it worked as described. It heats up perfectly and I placed it on high to boil water. Everything I tried it did it well. Highly recommend this stovetop and it looks beautiful. One warning is to make sure you wait until the blinking "H" stops blinking before you place your hands on the burner. The "H" means that the burner is HOT. This unit mounts nicely, heats quickly, has easy-to-use controls, and looks good when flush-mounted. I especially like the "lock" feature. On the negative side: I'm thinking that the painted labels won't last with frequent cleaning. The unit has an unfinished industrial look when surface-mounted on it's half-inch rubber legs. The cooktop fits great and looks good but it takes minutes to even warm up. I dont know if its supposed to be like that Update 7/31: Seller was Extremely Helpful and deeply explained how it works, I am really satisfied with the customer service provided.
