The media could not be loaded. This range hood is not only sleek and stylish but also easy to install. The suction power is great once everything is set up correctly. At first, I made a mistake during the installation, and the suction performance was poor. However, after reaching out to the seller, I discovered the issue: the inner diameter of my duct was slightly smaller than the flaps, preventing them from opening fully. The fix was simple—make sure your duct is fully expanded and doesn’t obstruct the flaps. Once I corrected this, the range hood worked perfectly! I’m thoroughly impressed with the product and the seller’s exceptional customer service. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me resolve the issue. We had ours installed by contractors who installed it but didn't finish it properly. They never added the set screws at the base of the hood covering and they just used silicone to attach the top part to the wall. At this point, we only have half of the cover on and would love any support that we can get to attach it to the wall. The vent hood is not great for our larger stove, in retrospect, we should have gotten one that came out farther. We're happy enough with it but would only install this in a smaller kitchen for an in-law suite or a smaller rental. The lights are super white and a chilly color but not a huge deal (I prefer warmer colored lights) and can easily be replaced. We LOVE washing the filter in the dishwasher and it's our #1 selling point on this hood. This review is 2 years after we purchased it and we're hoping to get in touch with the seller so that we can get support with hanging the rest of the cover back up. ... show more

Our electrician can yesterday to run the wiring for our new vent. We didn't have one previously. Opened the box only to find a ding front and center on this range hood. Came online to return it and found we had just passed the 30 day mark to exchange it. So disappointed we can not use it. So even if you're not ready take it out and inspect it!! We thought it was safe leaving it in the packaging until we were ready to install. Wrong!!! Note it is blue because he protective coating is still attached. ... show more
