These stars are awesome. They glowed from day 1. Don't need much light in the day to glow all night. Even on rainy days they glow really well. I put them on my wall rather than ceiling so I can't say if that makes a difference. Very pleased with this purchase.

Super bright and easy to install. We put it on a flat wall to dress up a small bathroom. Our 5 yr old could install it himself and was thrilled with the results. The only con was the moon was difficult to remove the backing.
