Great product. I'm just an ordinary guy who likes to grill/smoke on the weekends. Delivered in perfect shape with no dents/dings. My son opened the box a couple days before I got home and somehow lost the instruction manual. Luckily the internet has videos on everything these days. Downloaded a video on how to put together and my son and I assembled in less than 2 hours. No issues at all. Used the smoker and grill the same day. If you cook for a ton of people, the cooking areas may be a bit small, but we are a small family.

Have used the grill on the charcoal side a couple times now and works as expected. I had no real issues with assembly. Others comments pointed out things to watch for. I did over look one assembly instruction but caught it and corrected it. Bottom line read the instructions. As a guy that's sometimes hard to do but it may save you some time.

My small complaint is that step number one requires two small plastic pieces that are in a bag, in a box inside a box that is inside the smoke box, that is packed inside one of the compartments. I feel like the tiniest amount of forethought could have removed that issue. My big complaint is that one of the four legs I was sent is not for this smoker. I had to take everything out of the box to discover this. I kept my 4 year old from stealing any parts for a week while I waited for a new leg and I wish I hadn't because after putting it together I have come to another complaint: This is an awfully engineered device and you should not purchase it. There are multiple water traps throughout the smoker, the metal is very flimsy, there are so many smoke leaks built in to this things that you could create a better offset smoker experience with your meat in a cardboard box next to a campfire. I did not attempt to use the gas so I can not speak to that. Updated: I was able to get a full refund though I had to spend three hours taking the grill apart and putting the box back together to ship it back (taping the box back together was 80% of the effort as they used real papery cardboard). Yes, I had to pack the full 100lbs of scrap metal and carry it to ups. This is the worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon.

BBQ was much better than expected for the price. It's very large and gives you so many options to BBQ with. You can use the gas, charcoal and smoker at the same time along with having a side burner the cook or keep items warm. Would definitely recommend.

I love this grill, but the assembly directions were not clear. I have put together a number of grills, but this one took way too long to put together because we had to work so hard at understanding the directions. The pictures are not clear, and the parts are not labeled as clearly as they could be. We are NOT "do-it-yourself" kind of people. The grill does do what it is supposed to do, but I hope I never have to order one and put it together again.
