Update 08/19/25 The only thing i can’t do stereo OS listen to music! I have messed around on this and checked out the features is the stereo, and there’s really a lot! I had a portable icarplay before this, and you can do pretty much everything on this Android with Carplay Stereo! Apple limits what you can do on the CarPlay because they don’t want you looking at your screen but they get really silly about it because ultimately, if you really want to,you can look at your phone, anyway. You can watch videos, check your calendar, record a voice memo, etc ., and you can add any app you want to, from your phone (on the screen in the CarPlay for sure. I didn’t try it android part. It’s really cool the way you can just be on CarPlay on one window and android on the other. The screen is nice and big, and the resolution is really good. You can also control the music is played in the car and I’ll be played out by the drivers area or just the backseat for example. There’s a really cool equalizer. It has a bunch of features. I have’nt even I checked out yet. Update 08/19/25 The canbus on the wiring harness i bought isn’t working, because it doesn’t have a plug in to the jbl amplifier. That isn’t the fault of this stereo, but i need to update again once i get the correct wiring harness and reinstall. What a drag!! I am reducing the stars to an intermediate 3 until i can hear the music correctly. Just installed this the other day. I don’t have a Toyota Corolla so I took the stereo out of the trim, bought the trim for my car, and installed it in my 2007 RAV4 sport. I had to buy a different wiring harness for it because I have JBL speakers. The wiring harness that came with It would’ve worked with my RAV4, but wouldn’t work with my JBL speakers. So far it’s been great having it so much better than the stereo that came with my car! The sound quality is excellent going through my speakers, and I can use my voice to control it via Siri, because the microphone works well, and it also stays paired to my phone. it’s extremely easy to use. Hopefully it continues working well. I haven’t installed the backup camera yet! I think it’s a great deal!

My hopes weren't the highest. Yes, I understand that this product was "free", but based on the price was listed for, my hopes were low. For perspective, I already have an Android headunit, a Hizpo S8, with all of the bells and whistles, so this was intended quite purely to be a review sample and likely nothing more. Well, I'm honestly contemplating replacing my existing headunit with this. The software is much more refined, the radio reception is fantastic, the screen is vibrant, though I do wish it was a bit brighter (though my Hizpo unit isn't any better). The video decoder is smooth and 60fps videos were gorgeous on this screen. You can't take updates for granted with these devices, yet this not only received an update a few months ago, but OTA! Yes, an OTA update. Not a frikkin USB stick update.zip, an honest to goodness OTA update. Nice! The included components are quite complete. Cambus decoder, wiring harnesses, multiple sets of adapters.. I won't call it plug and play, but it comes with pretty much anything you need to install this and have it working. You won't be cutting or splicing. The unit I received only has 2gb, so I do suspect it'll struggle under heavy usage. I'll update this review over time as I push this harder, but the initial impression is that this is a shockingly competent unit, but I absolutely recommend at least 4GB of RAM, even if not for now, for later.. 2GB is just too little.

Unit was dead on arrival. Would not power up. Replaced fuse and still nothing. It does fit the application properly, and all the provided connectors are correct. However I was unable to test the unit.
