These belts seemed to be good quality and provided some relief, but because of limited size options neither belt fit very well, were narrow and uncomfortable and did not reliably stay in place. The SacroLoc is available in more sizes, and the one I selected fits perfectly, is good quality, comfortable and stays in place. The SacroLoc is well worth the extra expense.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is so expensive. I truly believe it costs too much even though it is a great SI belt. I found it bulky but it worked. I often wore it over my clothes so no one thought I had a diaper bulge. It looks like a brace so wearing outside your outfit not that big of a deal esp if it's helping .

At first I thought I should have sized up, but the size chart is accurate. In my case, the top on the back side had a bit of a gap (the way some jeans do) & I had a bit of a muffin top with the brace on. I thought it might move once I started to exercise and that it wouldn't feel very comfortable. However, the brace stayed on and in place for eight hours of yard work and made a tremendous difference in my pain level. The brace was not at all uncomfortable once I got moving and I hardly noticed it was there. It does not restrict movement. I have not tried other braces, so I don't know how it performs compared to other brands, but I am very happy to be mobile and pain free.

I really, really, really love this belt!! I have a hypermobility spectrum disorder, and have a lot of issues with my SI joint and lumbar. My SI joint used to sublux almost daily. This belt has really reduced my pain and cut down on the number of subluxations that I experience. It's expensive so I bought a cheaper one along with it and figured I'd return one of them. I returned the cheaper one because this one was worth the price.

Excellent comfort and stability while standing. Difficult to determine exact size needed but worked out fine. When in doubt, size up. A bit pricey for many at personal expense, but it is high quality and helpful. Like most back braces, can seem tight while sitting, and you might need slightly larger waist in pants to compensate, however this brace has low bulk. Recommend.
