It is a nice hot tub. Was easy to set-up. Easy to fill and everything functions properly. It heated to 104° in a reasonable timeframe.

My spa wouldn't get hotter than 94° even though the spa temperature read 104°, we bought an external thermometer to put in the spa that reads 94°. Trying to reach anyone for help has not helped.

Yes, this product is defective. The heater does not work the worst service. I’ve tried to email which that was the only thing to communicate with the seller who mentioned that they are going to disconnect their Email very soon and will be no way to get in contact with them. The heater not working. I’ve tried reaching out to them. Several times. Product is defective. I’m going to use American Express consolation product due to their lack of respond for not working product do not purchase this.
