Seems to work okay, but unfortunately it isn't made of good quality material. After only a few uses i can already see burn marks on and surrounding the screen where the light flashes, like the device is melting itself. Its very frustrating since ive followed the instructions completely and supposedly this product is meant to last years, but at this rate i cant imagine itll even last a few months. EDIT: While I still think this product is made of cheap material, I have to admit that it is working. After a month of biweekly use I've noticed my hair growing significantly slower, I'll be returning this and buying a more reliable device. ... show more

My main target is the facial hair. For other ladies like me, as we get older facial hair just appears. This machine is very handy, I can hold it pretty nicely with my small hands. The instructions are described very detailed and come with figures to illustrate how to use it properly. The box also comes with the charger and black glasses to protect your eyes from the laser. I can only use level 2 (intensity) and it feels a little hot after I run it for 1-2 minutes so I have to turn on the ice mode to cool down a bit before continue to use it. ... show more

I bought this in December and have used it for a couple months. Unfortunately, it did not work on me. I have fair skin and dark brown hair, which is ideal for laser hair removal. I wish I was still able to return it.
