The Flat Infrared Sauna Has Improved Our Health
Color: Premium ZERO
I can't say enought about this amazing Infrared Sauna Done. It has had wonderful effects of both my health and my husband for nearly a year. I use it every night, and sleep comes very easily. My husband uses it three times a week. Do read up on physical benefits of Infrared Sauna. We can verify, we've noticed important differences in our over all health. It's very easy to use. I love that I'm not sitting in an upright box, but slip in and lie flat, completely relaxing with the pleasant warmpth surrounding me. I still marvel that this was an Amazon purchase. It arrived on at our door in a huge box. I was concerned it would be difficult/impossible to move it upstairs to it it's designated resting place. NOT SO. We brought it in the house. It was very well packaged (with directions especially helpful in the unpacking process) My husband and I had no problem carring the the pieces which we easily assembled. It fits perfectly on one side of our room with our exercise equipment on the other side. I read several sources about benifits infrared sauna. When we saw what it did for our daughter, we placed our order. She and her husband use it consistently now for over a year. Nothing to replace or adjust.. It's very simple to use. I can't help but think in a few years the flat Infrared sauna could become as "essential" as our cell phones. ... show more

Don’t hesitate to buy this Sauna
Color: Premium ZERO
I don’t usually write reviews unless the product is terrible or incredible. This product is incredible! If you’re on the fence about purchasing it, just buy it!, you won’t be disappointed! 90 days of use 4-5 times a week and going strong. The unit is sturdy and well constructed. The half domes are rigid but not too heavy. The mat and outer coverings are high quality and easy to clean. The control unit is industrial strength as are the wires and connectors. The heat is even and fast I am a lover of traditional saunas, but do not have one in my house. I am tempered to say that I almost like this IR sauna more than the traditional sauna for daily use. Other reviews about putting down a towel, ease of cleaning are all spot on. I use the sauna,I unplug it, put it to the side and set it up the next morning, and it’s incredibly convenient. ... show more

Better than a walk-in!!
Color: Premium ZERO
I was debating if I should buy a walk-in sauna or a dome. I was reluctant at first but opted for this sauna and I am certain it was the absolute best choice! I was worried if it would get hot enough, trust me it does! It conveniently does not take up much room and is easy to assemble and set-up and break down. While using it the first time, I realized how I would probably have not been able to sit in a walk-in sauna for too long because of the dry heat. I was laying down, breathing fresh cool air and still dripping sweat on my face and neck. I have started with 30 minute sessions and hope to work my way up to hotter and longer sessions. I placed my portable speaker nearby with relaxing stress relief music and I felt like I was in a fancy spa in the comfort of my own home. I highly recommend! ... show more

Customer service came thru
Color: Premium ZERO
I received this product Jan 2 2024 . It was working great and I was happy with it . Today when I got in I noticed the first 5 rows of stones on the upper dome were not warm , there is a cool area on the rt side all the way down to the waist . I have been texting customer service and they are trying to tell me that there is no problem with the sauna . Clearly something is getting lost in translation. I paid $1699 plus tax and delivery. I’m not happy with customer service and I want the company to make this right . Looks like I will have to speak with a live person , I will update this post when I know more Spoke with a live person who understood the issue . He sent a replacement upper dome which works perfectly at this time . I was advised the unit is still under warranty for a year so hopefully there will be no other issues ! ... show more

1Love Sauna Dome Premium Zero EMF far infrared Sauna
Color: Premium ZERO
I bought this infrared sauna over 2 months. And I being used it at least over 10 times. I like it though I don't see apparently body improvement. It is convenient to use and the material is solid. When I used I felt very cozy and relax especially during the cold day. Grace

Loved it
Color: Premium ZERO
Very easy set up and use . Worked very well for about a year and I loved it. Then the connection cord melted at the control box and almost started a fire. Company contacted me to update that this issue was fixed and now has lifetime warranty. Great customer service!

Color: Premium ZERO
Love love love this infrared sauna!!! Has helped my restless leg pain, as well as my neck pain tremendously…can’t say enough wonderful things about it…EXCEPT…two of the cords have separated from the rubber cover, even tho I only remove the domes every week to replace my towel. There is now shorts in the connection. UPDATE!! I have contacted the seller who provided a very quick solution to the problem…great customer service!!! ... show more

STILL OBSESSED AFTER 2 YEARS
Color: Premium ZERO
Yes I still use my dome sauna after over two years probably an average of 4 times per week for between 40-60 mins. I absolutely love it. I have had a 3 person sunlighten sauna and a smaller wood sauna - both were nice and expensive but I love laying in the dome and keeping my head out. Frankly I often keep my arms out too and prop my computer up overhead and work while in my sauna. I am writing because after MUCH love, I pulled too hard for too long and one of the cords (that connects the bottom matt to the controls) came unhooked and I can't reconnect the wire. Can I order a replacement part ASAP - Im suffering withdrawal!!! ... show more
