I have had my scooter for a week now, I fully charged the battery before I even put it on the scooter. It took less than an hour to come to full charge. Assembly was very simple and easy. I am a 78 year old man and had no problem. I ride it every day 3 times a day to take my dog out walking for 15 to 20 minutes each time. I only have the speed control at half speed for the dog, and I have not charged it yet after 6 days of riding, and it is still 3/4 charged still. I weigh 210 pounds and it goes very well. I would recommend a light pillow as you do feel the bumps. The seat is nice, but not real cushony. I am also 5’8” tall and fit just ok, as it is not as long as the more expensive ones. Also, I was amazed at the weight. Once I took the battery off and lifted the seat off, I would guess the weight at 40 pounds as I was able to lift the body using the handle in the rear and the steering bar and put it to the back of my dodge grand caravan. I am thinking about getting another one for my wife as her arthritis is getting to her knees. I highly recommend this scooter. ... show more

My Daughter loves the machine. She sometimes has trouble getting around. Those days when she feeling weak, she could not push her wheel chair. Now I find her in the kitchen in the laundry room doing things she had stopped doing. This has made it easier for her. Her spirit has lifted.

The scooter was defective. It would only go ten feet and then come to a screeching hault and start beeping. The seller is abusive. Amazon had to step in and grant me an A to Z guarantee refund. Amazon also stepped in again and filed a complaint against the seller as well as an investigation. I ended up purchasing a mobility scooter from a DME store bcuz I am disabled and desperately needed the scooter. Amazon has been very supportive. Easy to assemble. Took me under an hour because I’m slow and my balance isn’t good. Like the fact it has a basket. In addition I purchased separately a drink holder/phone holder. Love the color- blue Comes with 2 keys- not normal looking keys but they work.

We love the scooter and the price. Easy to take apart to transport in our trunk. We get several questions about it in the stores we tend to use it in. I somehow lost a pipe piece from under the seat one day when I was taking it a part to transport it. ( that piece had never came off before) I reached out to the seller to order a replacement piece-because it could not be used without the piece that attaches the seat to the base of the scooter. The seller was quick to communicate back to me. The seller was the most helpful in attending to me as I tried to explain to him the piece I was needing. Once he knew what piece I was seeking even as I was offering to pay for the needed part he told me to wait on it in the mail and he did not charge me anything for it, I can’t tell you in words how incredible that made me feel. Without that part my mom’s scooter would not be able to be used. The seller fulfilled my request at no charge to me. Not even postage did I pay - this seller and this scooter are both fabulous in my eyes. I don’t know about you but I love to buy from a business who i know has my back when i need them!!!!
