Used it on my car, don't go out much. I'M disabled so the car drains because of the electronics on it. Usually I have to put it on my charger. My other jumper died long ago and it was damaged near the size of a battery. I hadn't been anywhere in almost 2 weeks. Hooked it up at 100% car was totally dead and it started me right up,after that it read power at 80%. This is also a power bank, you can charge other devices as your phone in a power outage!!! Was skeptical due 2 me being 'oleskool', using the jumper cables where you had to get a boost from someone else you know. But was advised to purchase a portable jumper pack so I wouldn't have to depend on anyone else to give me a boost. It's just not 2 safe these days in today's time you know, everyone is just not as honest if you know what I mean. Needless to say, I took the chance & stepped out on faith and purchased this product and lo and behold I actually had to use them the same day I actually received them. Being someone who'd never used any type of jumpers in the my life, I had 2 call my son FaceTime to lead & guide me through the process. I was nervous & excited at the same time because I didn't want to mess up anything nor cause a spark, burn up something,lol🤦🏾♀️😹😂...cuz again I've NEVER had to personally connect the cables etc. But, they work & my car immediately cranked with no hesitation and I was able to store them back into the lovely hard case it comes with for protection and future use. Coming from a disabled woman who has lost her sense of independency in so many ways 23+ years ago, it felt good to be able to take simple instructions from my son and give my own self a jump and for that alone I am thankful/grateful & Very in love with my product!!! CONS: Now, the ONLY issue I have is... I don't like that it limits how many jumps you can actually get, it states up to 20 jumps 🤔 not sure if that's within a 365/yr time frame, monthly etc.. simply saying because again, as I stated I'm disabled so there are times my vehicle sits a minimum to 3-4 days due to me only driving when need be, as well as my health not allow me to daily &/or every other day crank my car as advised so that my battery won't die you know. Therefore someone like me may or may not need more then the 20 jumps that's listed by the company in the description and it may become a problem if God forbid I have to purchase another one. Being on SSI for those that know-know how hard it is being on mthly FIXED income can only be stretched so far, so that's my only concern. Other than that, I'm very pleased with my purchase and being able to not only gain some sense of independency back but, to be able to use my purchase the same day it arrived been at approximately 76%, then I later placed on charger after use to get 100% charge and it's now in my car which I have checked randomly to make sure it's holding a charge and it's now sitting at 98% & it's been a few days now since I actually rec:d it & had 2 use it!!! So overall, it does what it says it's going to do and it comes with everything it says it comes with at least my package did. Blessings to all who reads this sorry so long but I would rather know the ends in/ outs of something I'm purchasing as an investment vs just buying just to buy, but this is MY opinion. This thing works really well. I have one in each of my cars and they hold charge for a long time. I had one in my trunk and didn’t use it for a year. I took it out to charge before a long road trip and it still had full battery. The other one has been used more often but it’s been with other people’s cars not mine and everyone asks where I bought it. I’d recommend this for someone buying their first car or someone who spends a lot of time on the road.
