At 5'4" I am at the top end of usability. My stride length isn't abnormal in any way but if it were a touch longer I wouldn't be able to use this machine. It's super lightweight but has proved to be sturdy at a lower speed (under 4 mph). I pushed it to 5 just to see if there was enough space to run; I found that there is enough space and I that it was stable for the few seconds I had it at that speed. The advertised images are terribly misleading with the human to machine ratio being WAY off! Although there are clear measurements it definitely feels smaller than advertised. It is advertised as foldable and while it /can/ fold away it wouldn't be easy to deal with every time. The vertical arms drop to meet the body ~ the body does not rise to meet the frame! It's fairly quiet and features a simple display with a flimsy book/phone holder. The cup holder area are super shallow and neither fit a Yeti tumbler. Very basic but also less than $200 with immediate shipping. It's not my favorite but it will do as a starter machine!

Treadmill was shipped, broken plastic piece on right side. There's a email you can respond to for questions or product damage inquires. Well, this was sold by a third party, according to manufacturer. They couldn't assist me with a replacement part or refund. Return processed by Amazon. Repacked and brought to ups. The other issue I had, the pictures are deceptive. It was a lot shorter, as far as the side handles in relation to my waist. I'm 5' 11" was closer to my upper leg area than above my mid/torso. I would not advise buying. Take this as you may, just was a pain all around. Lot of back n forth with the contact provided in box (manufacturer), after 5 emails from various people there, basically told ya they make em but they didnt sell it to me so couldn't help.

It is small, foldable, and easy to slide under a bed. Being that, the deck is very small. Not at all like it’s shown in the picture. As I walk with a normal gait, I keep hitting my hands on the bars. It’s very easy to walk right off of it because it’s so narrow.

It's a kids treadmill. Post don't expand, only come up to your hips making it hard to read a book.
