The battery charger works like it should. I have a battery connected to a electric cooler that keeps my beer cold and every 2 or 3 days I have to recharge that battery and this charger works perfect for that.

I am very hesitant about many products, but I took a chance on this. I was very surprised how well these worked on our jet skis that I will be buying additional for other equipment. It maintains charge very well and provides battery information, so you know it is not being overcharged. Just a great product for the price.

I was pretty skeptical of this charger when I got it. It's not very heavy, and it definitely feels cheap. The repair mode on this thing is great though. My batteries were oozing enough to eat through the cables while it was being stored for the winter and they were completely dead. This has happened to me before and it is a real pain to get them charged once they are dead. In the past I've resorted to using a boost pack to jump start the charger, and I've even charged them individually with an 8v battery charger. What a pain. After I cleaned up my batteries and put new cables on, I used this charger in repair mode to get enough charge on them to where my regular battery charger/maintainer would kick on and get the job done. I won't be using this as the main charger, but really just for the times when the batteries are completely dead. It saved me a bunch of hassle, so I'm giving it 4-stars.

I bought this charger because I got a lithium battery for my RV and just have an old style transformer type battery charger. I of course did not want to ruin my expensive lithium battery so I bought this to charge it and it works great! I also found out that it works great on regular lead acid batteries and even better than my old one. Some reviews say it has small gauged wire and not built very well but I didn't see that as an issue at all. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a charger that charges a wide type of batteries and voltages.

The charger itself works well, but the manufacturer skimped on the length of the leads that connect to the battery! The leads are so short that the charger has to placed within a couple of feet of the battery In most cases that means that the charger is under the hood of the vehicle and the charger display cannot be seen during the charging process unless the hood remains open. In my case, my car is in a parking garage and it's covered by a car cover. That makes it impossible to check the charger operation without removing the car cover and opening the hood. That's impractical! A set of 6 foot leads would have enabled the charger to remain outside of the vehicle and visible.
