I’ve had my new Mobi Scooter for about two months. It has worked seamlessly. The scooter is very comfortable. It is very stable and drives great — on flat ground it is fantastic and it goes up and down hills easily, and always stops right when I let off on the ‘go’ handle. I have yet to drain the battery anywhere close to low charge, even though I have taken it out on several fairly long rides (for me that’s about an hour). It is easy to take apart to put it into the rear hatchback my Subaru Outback, where it fits great with room to spare. I always remove the battery before I move it, it’s a lot lighter and easier to lift that way. The only other things are that I wish the handle on the front of the scooter was as big as the handle on the back, which would make lifting it into and out of the car or up the steps and into the house easier. And it’s also a little tricky to pull the post that is under the seat from its tube on the scooter when removing the seat. But these are very minor things. It is definitely a solid and well built machine, and I expect to get quite a few years of regular use out of it. Great purchase for me. ... show more

I received this about a month ago and it is the best scooter I have ever used, the range is excellent I traveled almost 10 miles and still had a full battery it's comfortable and the seat adjust easily, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a mobility scooter. I've gotten a lot of compliments and and the Bluetooth works great. It is compact enough to fit into my Mobility van which makes it easy for me to use this when I go shopping or to the park or just out walking my dogs. The speed is fully adjustable and I love the fact that it will go slow if I needed to or fast if I need it to. The company contacted me multiple times to check on my satisfaction and that gives me a great feeling about this company and their products.update.... scooter still going strong but still the turning radius is not very good the charger doesnt work very well when u go to charge it.it still shows red but it does charge it does take awhile to charge it fully...ive has this scooter for almost a yr. And its ok my blinkers dont work anymore and I dont know why I dont use the scooter to much so I dont know..anyway all in all its ok I think they should bring the price down ... show more

I love this scooter. Disassembled, my husband can lift it into my SUV on his own. It’s probably 50 lbs without battery and seat. It folds down to fit into an SUV. The seat is comfortable and the two baskets are a plus! It charges quickly and maintains the charge. My only complaint is the turning radius-I hought this for Walt Disney World trips and I find myself doing 3-point turns at each turn in a line. Otherwise, it works great! ... show more

Still haven't used the scooter yet because instructions are less than perfect. Instructions state to remove battery cover after removing 5 screw knows. No problem. But instructions do not state that you will have to remove the seat first. Then instructions are not clear on how to remove seat in order to turn on master switch in battery compartment. It took 4 paramedics to figure out how to remove the seat (pull lever and seat at the same time). And then a main wire to the battery was pulled out. One of those push wire into spring loaded connector. Nice appearance, love the front and rear lights. Turn signal lights are a bonus. Had a great front basket with lid. All in all it appears to be well designed and well made. Really like the rear grab bar so that you can manually move the scooter around in tight spaces. Time will tell how dependable the scooter is. After my initial test ride the most noticeable thing is the lack of maneuverability. Difficult just to exit my apartment because I have to go backwards and forward so many times to make a 90° turn. ... show more

Absolutely, I’ve rewritten I purchased this scooter because it was reasonably priced, but unfortunately, the quality reflects the cost. I tested the scooter indoors immediately after receiving it to ensure it would work properly for me. During the test, it made a very loud, unpleasant noise while driving, and it also struggled significantly with tight turns. The turning radius is very poor compared to my previous scooter. I promptly requested a return, which was approved — however, I was told I would be responsible for return shipping. This scooter weighs approximately 100 lbs, and the cost to ship it back would likely be close to what I originally paid for it. That is unreasonable, especially for a defective product. When I contacted the seller, they asked for a screenshot of the product, which would not demonstrate the mechanical issues. Nevertheless, I complied and also provided a video clearly showing the noise and turning problems. Despite this, I was told the scooter appeared to be functioning properly. I was then instructed to remove the wheels to check for dirt or grit. This scooter has never been used outside, so there should be no dirt present unless it was shipped that way. Additionally, I am disabled and physically unable to remove the wheels — and I should not be expected to disassemble a brand-new product to make it function properly. After I explained that customers should not have to take apart a new scooter, communication from the seller stopped. I have been trying to resolve this and return the item for 2–3 weeks with no resolution. Very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. If zero stars were an option, that is what I would give. ... show more

Arrived well packaged in a steel-reinforced cardboard crate on a FedEx semi. They put it right where I wanted it on delivery. The only tools I needed were a box cutter and a socket wrench. The scooter was ready to roll, just needed to switch on the power under the seat. I’m a big guy but this is a really comfortable ride. You can’t go wrong with this scooter. The two baskets are really handy. The included charger was also easy to hook up and recharge the battery. This scooter has all the features to make it safe to ride anywhere. I’m able to keep mobile again! UPDATE: I needed parts and Ecomobi sent me just what I needed and it arrived FAST! Great product support! ... show more

    • Turning radius for corners

Love everything about it but it's turn radius. We got it for my husband to be able to go with the family through Disney, Universal studios and other parks. And the only complaint we have is trying to get around tight corners in the lines. The ones at the parks are not as nice nor as comfortable and cost so much to rent but do get around the corners easily. If the turning radius could be fixed it would be the best one on the market hands down. ... show more
