This is my second tent from this company. I live the size and the easy set up. In a little less than a year from purchasing my second tent we had to take the tent down for work on our deck. We noticed upon lowering the tent that the canopy had become brittle due to the sun and began to tear as I was removing it . I called Quictent customer service and my called was answered right away who forwarded my concern and need for a new canopy to her supervisor Lynn. I was prepared to pay for another canopy however "Lynn" asked for pictures and upon reviewing the pictures that I sent her she immediately shipped out a new replacement canopy at no charge . Canopy cover quality is poor. Upon taking the canopy out of the box I notice that one window was unable to be used as the zipper was not attached. Set up took 3 people all parts for set up were included (minus sandbags which were said to be included). After having the tent up for a few hours threads across the entire tent started coming apart and the Velcro attaching the canopy to the frame was coming off and the zipper became unsewen from the canopy. All of these quality issues occurred within hours of the tent being set up which is horrible quality control. Luckily the instruction manual stated the canopy was under warranty for 12 month and provided direction on how to reach out on Amazon. I messaged the seller pictures and they said that since it was purchased from Amazon it is not covered under warranty even tho Amazon messaging for the warranty is right in the instruction manual and it was purchased from quincents Amazon page. I will note that the frame seemed very solid and held up well. Recap- arrived damaged (unable to zip window), arrived with no sand bags which are included in details, within hours of set up the canopy became unusable, company does not honor their warranty. I would recommend not purchasing this tent, or any tent from the brand due to lack of quality control and inability to follow through on the warranties ... show more

I can Not brag enough about how much I love this tent!!! Not only is it beautiful, i got so many complements on it.. Unfortunately, I had mine kinda destroyed the 1st time i used it (no one else's fault, but my own and the Texas winds) BUT, the manufacturer "Quictents" was Amazing and helped me with a solution fast. I purchased this pretty pink tent to set up behind my jeep at ultra races. For a base camp, changing, sleeping, hanging out area. I took it to a 4 day event, Day 2, the winds kicked in hard. 7 other pop-ups were destroyed. The wind lifted my pop up and flipped all the way over, me and a friend were able to wrangle it back into place tie it to my jeep and get through the event. But it was damaged. I'd staked it down and even used additional sandbags purchased on Amazon. But the winds were high, really high!!. 2poles had broken and others were damaged. From the looks of things I thought maybe I could fix it with replacement parts. (I'd just bought it, only my 1st time to use it, I wasn't gonna give up easily) I packed it up, brought it home and contacted the manufacturer via Amazon. And let me tell you what I can't sing their praises highly enough!! The worked with me via email and helped find the perfect solution. Upon further inspection I'd realized there was more damage to the structure than I'd originally noticed. The company does sell replacement parts and the tent even comes with a guide, diagrams and parts by number. I found what needed to be replaced, and it was a lot. So the company offered to sell me a whole new frame and recommended I keep the old one in storage, in case I needed future parts. Excellent idea. I purchased the replacement frame for a very reasonable price and it came really fast. I am so very very pleased with how quictents handled my issue. They could have just blown me off, as it is not there fault I had it set up in super high winds. The manual says take it down. During snow and high winds.( I would have, but I was asleep) So to be fair, the company didn't have to do anything for me at all. But they did!! Khloee from customer service worked with me back and forth via Email until we found a solution.!! Id have given 10 stars if it had been an option. ... show more

i absolutely love my tent! I do vendor shows and, as a woman, need something that is durable but lightweight and easy to handle. This tent is perfect for me. It is lightweight and super easy to set up. My daughter and I can have this tent set up in 10 minutes tops, and that is counting putting up all the sidewalls. I love that it has side walls to help with wind issues. It is study and convenient. The two negatives I have had with this tent were 1. that it came in with small tears along the seems. However, the tears were only on the inside silver lining and did not leak water - we tested it. Other than the look of the tears, the tent still kept water out. 2. during a light rain, the tent definitely leaks. Not where the tears were, but all over, really. Everywhere the metal frame touches the tent it allows the rain to drip in. Overall it is a great tent for vendor type events, however, you can expect some dripping if used during a rain. ... show more
