First the electric power didn’t work and I had to figure out how to fix it on my own. No one calls for support only text and very generic. And it was missing a fender screw that they said they would mail and still have not. They just respond every few days and do nothing. I Did quite a bit of research before deciding on this bike. Price/Power/Front and Rear Suspension & Looks. Arrived in perfect condition with minimal assembly required (front tire/handle bars/foot pedals/headlight. Did not come with chrome forks as pictured fyi guys. but that's ok all black looks good too. Only 50 miles thus far great torque and speed on flats and hills, feels very well balanced. Also as no-one has noted, it came with a 4amp charger NICE TOUCH! SW900 lcd Display/Paint/Welds/Assembly were done with care. (and all the tools to assemble if you don't have your own). She's a beautiful bike and I could not be more impressed with these guys. Final thoughts 10/3/24 I really enjoy this bike, but I wonder if spending the 2k on another brand may have been worth it. Customer service has devolved into “how can we help you” messages after you’ve already explained what is going on. Replace your XOD brake calipers immediately. They’re garbage. Replace your brake pads immediately when I took my factory pads off I realized someone filed them to make them fit the rotor proper rather than replacing a faulty caliper and properly aligning. Replace your tubes and tires immediately. You’ll be happier in the long run. I’ve replaced car and bike brakes my whole life. I could not imagine the bike would fail to go bake together SO spectacularly. A two hour project has turned into two weeks of parts and service as one thing after another failed to go back together due to improper installation at the factory or faulty third party parts. Womp Womp. Update 09/28/24 I've now had the bike for just about 3 mos and logged close to 600 miles. I'm 180lbs In Pedal assist mode 2 I average about 60 miles depending on the terrain. In full EV mode 5 I get between 20-30 miles 18 at full throttle with a second rider on the back. For the price I CANNOT complain. I'm replacing my tires for the first time (Rec CST Scouts) and replacing brakes. You cannot get an ebike at this price with this kind of performance. XRUSHX customer services has been EXCELLENT and communicative the entire process. Rec three jack stands when replacing tires/brakes to support the bike properly and not rest on handle bars upside down as not to damage the bike. I would give this bike 5 stars if not for the damage it took from poor packaging during shipping. The box was pristine and I even helped the driver get it off the truck. I just took receipt of my bike and and really disappointed with how it is packed. My bike is brand new and looks like it’s been in a wreck. Very concerned about the damage to the battery-hoping it’s just cosmetic. I will update this review with riding experience once I’m able to assemble. Three screws are already stripped so I can’t get the handle bars on : / not a great start. Thorough inspection and check of all mis and bolts bike feels secure and everything appears in working order. The ride is superb-this e-bike punches WAY above its weight. The pedal assist mode is smooth and powerful-full EV mode is scary fast. I’m 180lbs and 6ft Tall. It has NO PROBLEM hitting 30th with me on its back. 18 up a steep incline in my neighborhood. If xRush figures out the packaging they’ve got a great product here . Only rec is adding turn signal indicators-but not being a road bike I understand why they’re not included. UPDATE: XRushX reached out and offered replacement handle bars. I'm really please with the service and performance of the bike. I've had it about a month and could not be happier with this ebike! Long lasting battery-I've done close to 40 mile round trip rides in full EV mode. It can easily support two riders without compromising speed and power. Feels stable, secure, and comfortable.     • Front brakes failed upon first use
I bought this bike for uber eats delivery and upon first using the front brakes to stop they failed and almost killed me. The battery life is weaker than expected about 35 or so miles on pedal assist. It is so hard to assemble for no reason the little kit you get with it is worthless. The value overall is terrible DON'T get this bike if you wanna keep yourself in one piece. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It’s a beautiful bike. It came partially set up. But I can’t complete the set up. Because the wire connecting the handlebars is way too tight. It’s going to rip or break or cut if I force it together. Whoever assembled it did it incorrectly. Waiting on seller to contact me. Update: was barely able to get handlebar on without Messing up wires. Bike came slightly damaged. Back tire is flat. Still waiting on seller to contact me. Ok tire is good now I am trying to adjust the seat and figure out how to charge this battery. This is my first e-bike. And my means for transport other than the bus. Update : test run. Handlebars loose. The bolt won’t go in it came messed up. Soooo I have to re-thread the bolt hole. Going to Home Depot. ... show more

I weigh 245 pounds and it holds me around like nothing. I got it up to 32 miles an hour if I put that big battery on it, we’ll see I’ll let you know.
