    • Temperature sensor malfunction no warranty
Temperature sensor began malfunctioning about 2-3 months in. Just long enough for the warranty to expire. Heating element still works, however the temp probe reads 50deg below actual temp so it limits how warm the water can get.

Great heater I have a 2000 gallon pond and it keeps the temperature exactly where I need it without any struggles. Took about 24 hours to get it from 50-64 degrees •F. This heater was a life saver

    • A great solution for a broken heating element on a hot tub
Had a hot tub that the heater went out. I bought this thing and it worked beautifully. The water got hot quickly and somehow it stayed warm for a very long time. So if you’re hot tub or inflatable hot tub heating element goes out this would be a great solution for that.

I used this to heat the baptismal pool at my church overnight. It’s safe and performed as described. WARNING: the heating element gets very hot to touch once activated. I would by again.

    • Quit working in 3 months
Purchased Feb 3, 2025 and quit working by may 7, 2025. When I pay this much for a product I expect it to last longer than 3 months! I do not recommend this product!

Keeps water warm

    • Temperature probe stopped working
Mine lasted about 8 months and temp probe malfunctioned. Reads 50 degrees hotter than actual temp so the heater won't turn on. Seemed to work well while it lasted.
