Waterproof, durable & stores A LOT
Would highly recommend. It is waterproof and very durable. I drove it from Massachusetts to Florida and drove around town with it. Not a single scratch on it and I was honestly surprised HOW MUCH it could fit. I was able to put a 12 person tent, a grill plate, a comforter, 2 pillows, 3 of those square cubical boxes full of camping gear, a yoga mat and quite a few more things and it could 100% have been filled with more items with zero issues. Definitely worth it!

Great purchase!!
Heavy duty and well-made. Little confusing at first putting it on the car because there are no instructions. Ended up watching a few other videos and was able to get the best possible fit. Did wonderful on our road trip of approximately 6 hours! No issues!! holds a lot we had room to spare. would definitely recommend and looking forward to our next trip.

Did the job!
Bought this so we would have more room inside my Chevy Equinox for two dogs. It really worked perfectly - fitting two 36 in wire crates, two beach chairs, a folded wagon, a throw blanket and a 4-wheel walker with seat. I practiced packing on a table and was able to load and unload, while on top of the roof, by myself. Straps were sturdy but a little tough/awkward getting them super tight. The drive was 6.5 hours long and it was completely stable with no shifting and no real noise. I did use an extra strap over the middle but don’t think it was actually necessary, just added for peace of mind. Because it’s vinyl/soft sided, you’ll have to pad anything pointy or sharp of course to prevent wear/friction/pressure. Gas MPG decreased from ~30 to ~21 mpg over the entirety of the trip but doubt that was the fault of this specific carrier, just the reality of having something on the roof. Definitely pleased with this product and price even if I only end up using it for the one trip.

11/10 recommend over a hard-shell car topper!
This made my life so much easier! I’m a travel nurse, and if I had a hard shell car topper, it would be hard to store in my short-term rentals (my contracts are usually 3 month, so I travel a lot). This holds SO MUCH, was 100% waterproof in the rain and ice and snow driving across the country. It easily attached to my car and did not shift at all during my 22 hour drive. Then I just rolled it up and put it in a spare closet when I reached my destination. Also, because it’s soft, you can easily fit items inside that are oddly shaped (which you cannot do with a hard shell car topper). 11/10 recommend!

Disappointed
If I could use zero stars I would. I bought this for a camping trip and used it for the first time and there was rips through the material after one use and nothing sharp was put in it. This lead to water leaking in and having soaked the inside.

Good purchase.
Nice quality bag. I like that they even give you a protective sheet for between the cars' roof and the bag. Very nice and is still serving me well.

Quality issues

Survived a trip across the country
Somehow survived a trip from Pennsylvania to Oregon packed to the brim with clothes in vacuum sealed bags. Enough weight to slightly dent my roof but it didn't even slide. I used the door hooks as I didn't have a roof rack.
