We shopped everywhere to find the best scooter for our mobility needs, and found this item on Amazon was the best quality, best price, best reviewed, and easiest to assemble. Once it was delivered and we did the assembly, we found it was exactly as promised! This scooter was so easy to put together and it is so comfortable to drive. The seat is adjustable to our different heights and the entire scooter folds up in a just a few minutesand fits perfectly into our SUV. It has an adjustable speed dial to allow you to zip along or to slowly drive thru crowded areas. This scooter is everything we wanted and was a great price! Plus it was delivered within a week too!

I purchased this scooter because I hurt my back but needed to get around work (I manage a motel) and the motel is laid out all over the place. On top of that, I was in the middle of a room remodel (100 rooms) and needed to be overseeing the project. Because I was busy, my wife who excels at assembly, said it was fairly easy to assemble, gave assembly instructions 3 stars. The unit is sound, has a speed control knob, tops out at a good speed, front light works well. Back up warning is loud (obnoxiously safe) and after two weeks of use, my back was healed enough to not depend on it so much. Believe it or not, it’s still going on the original charge. I can see why this unit had an average of 4.8 stars. If you need a mobility scooter this one is for you. BTW, I weigh about 216 pounds, no sweat for this scooter getting me around.

Have had this product for more than a month, and it has been extremely reliable and helpful not to mention zippy. It is quite comfortable and stable with a chassis that can withstand a lot of rough and tumble from pavement to some light to medium off-roading. The turn radius is quite generous, and the unit itself has quite a diverse array of adjustment capabilities throughout its structure for overall customization as well as storing it in a vehicle for transport. Really appreciate all the safety features from the very audible backup alert and honker to the very capable and bright LED headlight and tough brakes as well as the front collision bar and anti-tipping back wheels. The weight is a bit on the heavy side, but you really get a lot of capability for it! And its front and rear baskets are spacious and provide more than adequate storage. It has plenty of legroom as well. Not to mention the battery life is just leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. And if you order the models with extra batteries, you can go VERY FAR, but you can still go great distances with the included one. Customer service is second to none as Fleur and Lena in particular helped me with securing the rear view mirrors that didn’t arrive with my order as well as a replacement for the extra 25Ah battery that came damaged initially. They took great care of me! Thanks Ecomobi-you guys hit a home run with this mobility scooter!

I love this scooter. It is perfect for what I need. I have a back injury, which I can walk around on normal days. But when you make big trips to Disney World for the day or to a convention center for a Cheer competition, this a scooter is invaluable. Not only does it help because you don’t have to do the miles of walking, but you have a built in seat no matter where you go. Plus when we are at places like Disney and universal, and I can’t keep up with the kids, the scooter makes me faster than them. LOL! Besides the scooter’s basket and rack also turn into everyone’s storage for their drinks, snacks, souvenirs, jackets, etc. We even strapped a small cooler to the back to carry cold drinks, so it saved us a lot of money at the parks. And when we did 4 days at Disney and I just charged the scooter at night and it lasted me all day the parks. When I first purchased the scooter, the shell was cracked during shipping. When I notified the company, they immediately sent a replacement. They also helped me by talking me through replacing the shell step by step. Now it’s back to being cute and whole. Speaking of cute, I have gotten a ton of compliments on the pink color of the scooter too!! So don’t hesitate to get this scooter for your mobility needs. It’s functional and cute too! And of course if you need it, they have incredible customer service to boot!!

We were searching for a scooter for my father and came across this one. From the moment we made the purchase, the seller has been incredibly responsive, offering great customer service both before and after the sale. The scooter is very portable, easily fitting into our SUV, and it’s light enough that both my husband and I can lift it without any trouble. Removing the battery, we can each lift it ourselves, without assistance. My dad has taken it out several times, both around our town and on vacation, and he really enjoys it. It’s also easy for him to get in and out of, making it a perfect fit for his needs.

The Mobile Scooter was delivered earlier than expected. The Fed-Ex delivery person loudly slammed the package down in front of my door and quickly left. The Scooter had scratch damage on it. The Scooter apparently was handled badly during the whole shipping process. I talked to the company that sells the scooter and they were able to give me $100 off the scooter, and complimentary mirrors and a seat cushion. The scooter runs very well, and the battery life is really good. The battery last way longer than my old scooter. I did have some problem getting used to turning corners. because it doesn't have a good turning radius as my previous scooter, but you get used to it with time. I really appreciated the seller's response to all of my concerns and highly recommending them. I only gave 4 stars because of the bad delivery from Fed-Ex, or this would be a five-star review. Highly recommended Scooter. Thanks
