Ordered this scooter based on great reviews and a good comparative price. Arrived earlier than scheduled. It was very easy to assemble. I am using it both in the house and outside. In the house, I use it to get from my suite to the laundry room which are at opposite ends of the house. I also use it outside in the yard to go to the garden or to the breezeway. It runs great inside and outside. It can take some bumps and hills. Very sturdy. It goes pretty fast - I use it in turtle mode to be safe. Baskets are great - can carry my laundry or lawn tools or garden tools in it, depending what I am doing. Battery lasts - based on my usage, I charge about every 4 days. Comfortable to sit in with adjustable arm rests and seat is very supportive. Highly recommend!!

Be aware scooter may come in two packages. Battery arrived early and carry case was broken in half. Contacted supplier and the following week they sent out a new battery and scooter also arrived. Scooter appears to be of good quality. A little heavier than anticipated but not unmanageable. Seems like battery life is great driven four miles and battery gauge hasn’t moved. Easy to assemble and goes thru grass pretty easily. Don’t think you’ll get 7 mph out of it more like 4-5 mph but happy so far. For the price it’s a good buy. Hope it lasts.

Omg love my scooter! So easy to put together and love the handles to load into the car! Its fast and folds down to fit in our car perfectly. I haven't had to use the 2nd battery I got the 45mile one so it comes with an extra battery and honestly I dont even need it but will take it with me for theme parks. 15 miles is pretty far. I live in the mountains and have lots of hills and it does amazing! I do want to add the mirrors and they are like $30 on there website. I 100% recommend this scooter! I got the pink one and love it! The light on the front is so bright and love the basket on the front and back! Just a great deal! 100% recommend to buy this scooter!

This is an excellent scooter! We shopped everywhere to find the best scooter for our mobility needs, and found this item on Amazon was the best quality, best price, best reviewed, and easiest to assemble. Once it was delivered and we did the assembly, we found it was exactly as promised! This scooter was so easy to put together and it is so comfortable to drive. The seat is adjustable to our different heights and the entire scooter folds up in a just a few minutesand fits perfectly into our SUV. It has an adjustable speed dial to allow you to zip along or to slowly drive thru crowded areas. This scooter is everything we wanted and was a great price! Plus it was delivered within a week too!

Really cute scooter and price is very reasonable. I purchased the gray metallic color. It has under tones of purple as it is opalescent in color. I love it. I have MS and needed a scooter to be able to have some independence when outside or public places. It is narrow which I prefer for isle shopping. All the features are great and work beautifully. It is portable with a SUV and comes apart in four pieces. The battery is the heaviest part of the whole scooter. It has excellent battery life, turning radius. I am a very satisfied client and would recommend.

We were searching for a scooter for my father and came across this one. From the moment we made the purchase, the seller has been incredibly responsive, offering great customer service both before and after the sale. The scooter is very portable, easily fitting into our SUV, and it’s light enough that both my husband and I can lift it without any trouble. Removing the battery, we can each lift it ourselves, without assistance. My dad has taken it out several times, both around our town and on vacation, and he really enjoys it. It’s also easy for him to get in and out of, making it a perfect fit for his needs.

Did my due diligence based on options, quality, price, and customer service remarks. I like the bigger wheels. I like how the headlights are bright and can be adjusted without being affected by the angle of the handle stand according to your preferences. I like the additional basket at the rear and the high speed up to 7mph. It slows down for safety when it goes down. The scooter took inclines sufficiently and it could climb with higher angles. Assembly was done in 30 mins because the instruction is not clear but its really to figure out. The turning ratio is too good. What I mean is that the only thing I did not like about is the turning of the handle is too loose to turn left or right thereby making sharp turns. Got to take it easy on the turns or it feels like tipping but getting used to it. I do not know about customer service so far. There was a live rep. at the end of the line. It takes 24 hours to respond. Now I am waiting if they follow through. I will get back to you with the customer service result. Bottom line, it is a BUY!
