I love it. I am almost 75 yrs old, and it was easy for me to unpack and put together. There wasn't enough space for one of the big nuts that hold the seat on, so I just used the original bolt instead. It didn't come with the rear view mirrors. I contacted the seller who said they were shipped separately. They came a couple of days later, but without installation instructions. I could feel a hole under the rubber handlebar cover and figured out that is where they went. The backup beep is annoyingly loud so I will find out a way to shut that off. But I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to ride it in the park. There is enough storage for me to take my art supplies. It goes plenty fast for me, but doesn't go over the door stop without help. I am excited that now I can go places now without pain in my feet, knees and legs. The customer support was quick to respond to my question about the mirrors, so I am pleased with the service so far.

First off, I absolutely love my mobile scooter. It is a very-well put together piece of machinery. And being 86 years old and hard to get around, it is perfect for me. It was easy to assemble, instructions were great, and I would recommend this mobile scooter to anyone needing assistance.
