I love it. I am almost 75 yrs old, and it was easy for me to unpack and put together. There wasn't enough space for one of the big nuts that hold the seat on, so I just used the original bolt instead. It didn't come with the rear view mirrors. I contacted the seller who said they were shipped separately. They came a couple of days later, but without installation instructions. I could feel a hole under the rubber handlebar cover and figured out that is where they went. The backup beep is annoyingly loud so I will find out a way to shut that off. But I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to ride it in the park. There is enough storage for me to take my art supplies. It goes plenty fast for me, but doesn't go over the door stop without help. I am excited that now I can go places now without pain in my feet, knees and legs. The customer support was quick to respond to my question about the mirrors, so I am pleased with the service so far.

This scooter has changed my daily life. The scooter has many comfort features such as the 360° swivel seat which makes it easy to get on and off. The seat is nicely padded so very comfortable. The tiller tilts for Rider comfort. I especially like the fact that this scooter has an LED headlight and it is bright! The solid tires make for a comfortable ride. It comes with nice looking Wheels. Looks sporty! I purchased the red color and it is beautiful! There is more than ample leg room and the anti-tip feature is a bonus. The backup horn is loud enough to hear which is a good safety feature. There is even a USB port on the tiller. The baskets are nice. The front basket can be removed very easily and has a handle to carry it. The larger rear basket which is optional to use will be nice for trips to Farmers market and to the park this summer. It gives me freedom to explore and have more Independence. Scooter travels pretty fast at 7 mph. The downside for me was there was a part of the scooter body that had a break in it and it broke off. As it is a cosmetic issue I chose to keep the scooter anyhow. I'm certain it was from packing or shipping. It doesn't affect the operation of the scooter. I also wish the turn radius were better but I have used the scooter for 3 days and it hasn't been an issue. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. There's no reason not to enjoy life even with neuropathy or other mobility issues. For stability, breaking, and ease of charging the batteries this is an excellent purchase.

This scooter fits my needs very well. It is solidly built and quite comfortable. However, one particular feature is not described anywhere in the documentation. The instruction manual describes the battery as "removable", but if you try to lift it out it appears to be solidly attached. If you look for a release button you will not find one. You must pull on the battery handle hard enough to feel it is about to break something. It is securely held by some velcro strips on the bottom. I am making it easier to remove by placing strips of paper over the Velcro. The weight of the battery keeps it in place quite securely. I would like to give this 4 and 1/2 stars. My only complaints are that the turning radius should be tighter and the backup beeper is too loud.

Great scooter. quick smooth on time delivery. I just got back from a trip to the Bahammas onboard the Canival Dream. This scooter not only kept up with my group I could pass them if I wanted to. Went to Freeport down town , road for about 3 hours shopping and still had a full battery when I got back to the ship. If you buy this item I would sugest the battery upgrade as I did it seems to last for ever on one charge. Be ware of ramps it can tip and some times high center. I would highly recomend this scooter . Great deal for the price.

I love my scooter, I can get around now I was scared to use it but my daughter told me let’s go get your wheels so it was a family outing everybody wanted to go, I like that you can adjust to the speed you are comfortable with me ( the low setting) it goes in most of the stores if they have a alarm system not so much, it’s nice red color it’s basket in the back does not stay so I am going to put zip ties to keep the side from opening but this is a very nice scooter and you can see I a not a little chick it holds my weight. I highly recommended this to anybody on a budget that needs a scooter it will give you your life back , I am looking forward for the summer to go out now with my boys and spend time outside like I use with them .. I just love my scooter. It is a comfortable seat and moves along quite swiftly. I can help my husband by taking our dogs for walks. Prior to buying it I was unable to walk much, so this frees me up to do other things that I have always enjoyed outside. such a very affordable price. Extra feature of two baskets is nice to carry dog water and treats for the walks. I have not had to do one thing with the battery just charge, hook it up and go. The entire thing went together quite quick too. Highly recommend to anyone with Health issues.

It was easy to assemble, instructions were great, and I would recommend this mobile scooter to anyone needing assistance.
