Amazing mobility scooter! I just love it! I got tye pink one, super cute, and I get compliments every time! It's super easy to maneuver around, not too fast, and not too slow. I purchased this scooter mainly for use in theme parks, and overall it has been a great choice. I’m able to load and unload it from my car by myself, which is very convenient. The battery, once fully charged, lasts me all day during park visits. It does take a few charge cycles before reaching full capacity, but after that, the performance has been reliable. The only drawback I’ve noticed is the turn radius, which is not ideal for theme park queues. On several rides, I had to do a lot of reversing and adjusting to make certain turns, while others on different scooters had no trouble. That said, this is something I could have anticipated by checking more reviews beforehand. If there were a way to improve the turning capability, it would make the scooter even better. Overall, I’m very happy with this scooter. It has given me the independence to enjoy the parks and other activities without having to rely on rentals. I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, easy-to-transport scooter for everyday use and travel.

Great scooter. Love the smooth ride it provides. The color is awesome and has a selection of speeds. It goes very fast on high. Easy to navigate through stores. It has a wide turn but that can be a minor detail. The tires are nice and the rims look fancy. All in all it’s worth the price. Enjoying it so much.

I love it. I am almost 75 yrs old, and it was easy for me to unpack and put together. There wasn't enough space for one of the big nuts that hold the seat on, so I just used the original bolt instead. It didn't come with the rear view mirrors. I contacted the seller who said they were shipped separately. They came a couple of days later, but without installation instructions. I could feel a hole under the rubber handlebar cover and figured out that is where they went. The backup beep is annoyingly loud so I will find out a way to shut that off. But I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to ride it in the park. There is enough storage for me to take my art supplies. It goes plenty fast for me, but doesn't go over the door stop without help. I am excited that now I can go places now without pain in my feet, knees and legs. The customer support was quick to respond to my question about the mirrors, so I am pleased with the service so far.

I just received my scooter. I ordered the 15 mile range with mirrors. The box did not have any damage but most of the smaller pieces inside were loose and rattling around. Could be package better. All parts were there except for the mirrors. I have placed a call with the manufacturer, but have not heard back yet. Assembly was not difficult, but I do believe the seat should’ve come pre-assembled to the seat frame. Did a very short ride. Turn radius could be better and it could ride a little bit smoother, but overall not bad. I will update this review and add or subtract a star depending on the results of the missing mirrors. Update: spoke to customer service who is very helpful. They explained that the mirrors usually chip separately. A couple days after speaking with them the mirrors arrive today. Overall, I’m happy with the cart but the battery does struggle bit when going uphill. Probably should’ve gotten the stronger battery just for that fact alone.

love this scooter I purchased it after heart surgery, I also have back and knee problems. used it to go around a flee market and it worked great. its actually quite fast but it does not turn really tight so you have to back up a bit for a tight turn. otherwise a great product for the money, I would definitely reccomend especially if you dont want to spend a ton of money on one
