This heavy-duty privacy screen provides awesome coverage for my patio and backyard fencing project, offering both shade and added privacy. The material is thick and weather-resistant, standing up very well to wind (when properly secured... comes with zip ties included). The black-and-white striped design adds a more stylish look too. It installed easily along some existing stakes that I had (similar to pool fence poles) and stays taut (as long as you have the correct tensioning, which required the hubby, lol). This is super ideal for creating a more secluded outdoor space without major construction. I think it's a great value!

The color and design emboldened the appearance of this older trailer covered with blue vinyl siding. The thin material allows more light, more breeze and some view outside, compared to other sun shades I've put on the porch. The material stretches. The grommets are ripping away from the material as it stretches. I'm being careful not to do anything to put strain on the cloth. If the method used to fasten a product to the porch is weak, I have to lower the star rating Out here we have wild animals at night and predators on two and four feet near a highway where one needs privacy. A porch shade also needs to enhance security. I've decided to install this lightweight material over the top rail and use a stronger shade material on the bottom. If you have a wooden porch , they never send zip ties long enough to install the shade. Despite the fact I like the design with this trailer, the flaws in installation forces my review rating down.

This privacy fence screen for patios is great. I got the green striped one, and it looks exactly as I expected. The breathable weave on this is great for when it's a bit windy, and it was easy to install. The included zipties were a but flimsy and too short for us, but the grommet-ed screen was incredibly easy to work with. I was worried we would lose a lot of natural light inside by adding this, but that was not our experience. I was pleased with the product for the price, and I find it functions well. When installed with hooks instead of zip ties, it's very easy to take down and put up however you want. I can see this being useful for patios, pools, yards that look out over golf courses or parks, etc.

What do you do when you need to work in the garage with the garage door open and you have a velcro dog that has to do everything with you? You find a way to block off the garage door opening. This turned out to be the perfect solution! I attached hooks to either side of the garage door and stretched this across the opening and it is the perfect barrier for my dog to keep him in while being light weight which makes it easy to remove and fold up to store when I am not using it. I do not think that I would use it for its intended purpose, as a privacy screen. While it does provide privacy it is not the best looking privacy screen option. It looks a bit cheap and makes me think of construction barricade. I also had an issue with the quality of the item. One of the grommets popped out leaving a ripped hole in the screen. While this is not a problem for me, I am not sure how durable it would be if you were leaving it up all the time in the elements, especially since I am rarely using it and it is already falling apart. I did not use the included zip ties so I cannot speak to how durable they are. Overall it works well for me, but I would not use it as a privacy screen.

My fence had a mossy look and I didn't have enough time to powerwash or stain it. And this fantastic product saved the day for my backyard BBQ party. All I had to do was put this up along the fence and voila. No more embarrassment. The product is extremely well built and even withstood kids throwing balls and water balloons at it. Installation with wooden fence was a bit tricky and i had to get a pit creative as this was meant mostly for metal fence with zip ties that came with the fence cover. Overall this is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

Just what we needed to obscure the view from our neighbors along our open metal fencing. This was easy to install using provided zip ties. Basically, it is a lined small mesh tarp that has good metal grommets at both ends and strategically placed intermittently along the top and bottom-just like a tarp. It was easy to put up (on a wind free day!). First, we unpacked it and laid it out in front of our fence and zipped the top portion on but not tight at first. Once we had all the top ties done, we worked on securing the sides then tighten all the top ties and then did the bottom ties. If you are at the fence looking directly through it (face against it) it doesn’t obscure anything, but from a distance it does obscure the view well enough. I don’t think this is highly durable probably will only last a few seasons. If I were to compare this to a plain tarp, I would say it is on the low-quality end- it is thin like a cheap tarp, but it is mesh, so I am hoping the manufacture used higher quality materials. Either way, if your fence isn’t likely to be beaten by excessive branches during winter it should last and that makes it well worth the price of $39.99 for 6x50ft of mesh screening.
