I just received my scooter. I ordered the 15 mile range with mirrors. The box did not have any damage but most of the smaller pieces inside were loose and rattling around. Could be package better. All parts were there except for the mirrors. I have placed a call with the manufacturer, but have not heard back yet. Assembly was not difficult, but I do believe the seat should’ve come pre-assembled to the seat frame. Did a very short ride. Turn radius could be better and it could ride a little bit smoother, but overall not bad. I will update this review and add or subtract a star depending on the results of the missing mirrors. Update: spoke to customer service who is very helpful. They explained that the mirrors usually chip separately. A couple days after speaking with them the mirrors arrive today. Overall, I’m happy with the cart but the battery does struggle bit when going uphill. Probably should’ve gotten the stronger battery just for that fact alone.

WOW! What a beauty in metallic blue. Easy to assemble and maintain, its battery holds a charge easily. Adjusting speed and avoiding jerkiness using the small knob is tricky, and can be dangerous. Practice, practice, practice. Good value for the money. Very cool!

I love it. I am almost 75 yrs old, and it was easy for me to unpack and put together. There wasn't enough space for one of the big nuts that hold the seat on, so I just used the original bolt instead. It didn't come with the rear view mirrors. I contacted the seller who said they were shipped separately. They came a couple of days later, but without installation instructions. I could feel a hole under the rubber handlebar cover and figured out that is where they went. The backup beep is annoyingly loud so I will find out a way to shut that off. But I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to ride it in the park. There is enough storage for me to take my art supplies. It goes plenty fast for me, but doesn't go over the door stop without help. I am excited that now I can go places now without pain in my feet, knees and legs. The customer support was quick to respond to my question about the mirrors, so I am pleased with the service so far.

To look at this scooter it is just adorable. I love the color and the seat but unable to use it in the city. Every crack in the sidewalk is a major bump. I have a very hard time controlling the speed, it's very jerky. The seat is made to swivel but when you have it on non swivel with the lever it rattles when riding. You can't tighten it completely. THE Speed dial only goes part way and stops. I am not a big person and not traveling hills. To attach mirrors they expect you to tear handlebar coating to reach holes to put screws and bolt in. The holes don't go the whole way through.Trying to get an answer or results from the company has proven to be very difficult. Amazon approved the return but as a 72-year-old I am not able to Hoist 120# boxed scooter. The company expects you to pay return shipping which came to over $400!! The company has 0 interest in helping with any issues. Customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Soo BUYER BEWARE.

I bought this mobility scooter for my sister who was injured in a motorcycle accident. This scooter helps her to participate in any activity that requires walking. It’s durable, stable and she feels confident when using it. It’s small enough that it allows her to easily maneuver in confined areas. She loves it!.
