Scooter arrive on time, and was easy to assemble. At first it looked a little bulky and was unsure of the turn radius but after taking to amusement park it steered and drove really well. Lasted the entire day at the amusement park. I will be looking into replacing the seat, or buying a cushion. it’s comfortable enough for short trips to store, but not ideal if you intend on a full day of use. Also really enjoy the overall look. Real sleek design as opposed to some others I was looking at. I did have an issue where the battery wasn’t holding a charge when trying to recharge, but I reached out to support and they responded quickly and immediately helped me resolve this. Scooter is now back to 100. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Excellent and beautiful scooter. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust for the rider. Comfortable seat. Despite the fact that it was really well-packed, there was really minor shipping damage to the headlight lens. Customer service responded immediately and kept in touch, sending out a replacement immediately. The speed setting indicator is a hoot…turtle to hare (I’m turtle). Handles and seat are easy to adjust for comfort. Turning radius is pretty good. Worth the money.

Purchased the scooter for my 94-year-old aunt. Scooter arrived when promised. Scooter assembly instructions were very easy to follow. Scooter looks good and has worked with no problems. Battery life has been good. My aunt misplaced the manual and I called customer service. They were very helpful and emailed me the manual within a few minutes. I would defiantly recommend this scooter to anyone that is looking for a good, dependable and inexpensive scooter.

Scooter worked well for just 6 months and had a major battery failure. Battery appeared to be charged, but as soon as any load pt on it, the gauge went to the red. I purchased it for its ability to traverse hilly unevel ground and for battery life. Made claim to manufacturer & awaiting their response to my problem. Right now it is as dead as a boat anchor & it has greatly impaired my abilty to get around. 5/21/ 26 the manufacturer responded to my claim and is sending me a lithium/ion battery pack with charger to replace the lead/acid battery & charger that failed. Nice to have a responsible & responsive company .

This scooter was very easy to assemble and it is very easy to use. I recently moved into an assisted living facility and the scooter is very helpful to get around. It's nice to not only have the front basket but a basket behind the seat. The lights on the front and back are very helpful also. The quality is top notch.

Very easy to follow instructions. Short time to put together. We got blue one, very attractive color. Easy adjustments to fit rider. I like unlock feature to move without battery power. It has some weight to it but that makes it more stable. This is very well built and I feel secure on it. Superb quality and love the removable baskets. Has phone holder.,, nice touch.
