This is a great little scooter! Holds a charge really well and is handy to get around the neighborhood. I've had it for a month or so now and ride it almost every day. It has 2 baskets so I can carry items from the store or even put my cats in the baskets to take them for a ride. A small dog would fit as well. For the price you really can't go wrong. Also their customer service was prompt with responding to my questions and have followed up on their own without me asking more questions. Great customer service is hard to come by these days yet they have proven to be the best!

I bought this for my mom who recently moved into independent living. It helps her get out of her room and be social. Her only complaints are that it has a fairly wide turning radius and the backup alert/horn is extremely loud. She's had complaints from other residents that it is bothersome. She only uses it inside so it's not really necessary for it to be that loud. Apparently there is nothing we can do about it because it's a safety feature so she tries to limit the amount of backing up she does. Since she can't turn it around in the elevator she has to back in or out. Otherwise she really loves the machine. The battery keeps a good, long charge and it's a smooth ride. It was also pretty affordable

my son squired this electric scooter for as for because of all the trouble i have getting around. Received it 01/06/26. turns out to be right on time for all of my doter appointments Well it arrived in a shipping box that looked like it had been around the world. Got a little worried, but al-well. There was just the missing tool box and instruction. We had ordered a pair if mirrors (which was described as not part of the package. but was easy to assemble,. and off i went just as nice as you pleas, About the only complaint i have is those frack tail lights, not even a reflective tape in them. seems to me if you have a head light you should have a tail light. the seat has not spading but all in all I'm happy with produce. one last thing can i order rubber wheels for this scooter? I would advice anyone looking for an economical scooter with quality this is the one.

Too cute. Moves real fast. Have great curb appeal. Can stop and turn on a dime. I order this for my mom for a cruise. I was glad we had it. It had all the equipment a car would have lights, brakes, horn, mirrors, and baskets to hold items in.
