I used this a lot when training my cat's where the new cat boxes were. My only problem with it is the Orange smell would make me cough a lot because I have Asthma. But better to smell Orange than Pee.

Recently losing my dog after a very long happy life, I wanted to get the house ready for a new puppy. Knowing that the previous owners of the house had dogs and that my dog had little accidents as she got older, I was concerned that house training may be an issue with old smells and stains. Only the bedrooms are carpeted in my house, but after going through with a blue light I was surprised at the number of stains that I could see in the dark. The enzyme cleaner did the trick. Just sprayed a generous amount on the stain, scrubbed lightly with a brush, let it dry, and vacuumed, as usual, to pull the knap back into shape. After, the stain under blue light was either slightly visible or completely gone. And the new pup has not been "scoping" out those particular areas. It does have a strong orange scent though. If you are a migraine sufferer who is triggered by strong smells, you want to make sure the area is thoroughly ventilated before using.
