I love this trash can, I would have given 5 stars but the size wasn't as tall as what I thought it would be, the sturdiness and materials to build this trash cab are sturdy, I love how the lid opens, it has motion detection where you hover over the top of the can and it will open and then close by itself, it takes 3 c batteries which are not included, no dents easy to clean and take the trash out, take off the lid and it has a grip underneath which keeps the trash bag attached, easy to remove and love the motion detection. ... show more

I liked this can when I got it. It worked, looked good etc. 10 months in it quit working and it isn't the batteries. The motor seems to be stuck. It hums but won't move the lid. I contacted the seller and he in so many words told me too bad, its out of warranty. 10 months is all they are good for!
