Excellent battery for the price. Benched tested 2 batteries and both provided 140ah+, with a steady 4 amp load. I did receive a defective battery, i feel it was mishandled by the shipper. Tech support (Eileen) was excellent getting me a replacement quickly. Should you need to return a defective battery contact the seller before following the Amazon return process, it will probably save the cost of shipping a battery back.

I have regrettably purchased 2 of these thinking that all the negative reviews are in minority. Boy was I wrong. I had them less than 1.5 months in use. I come out 9.6 volts. I thought while playing devils advocate that "maybe" it was cloudy and "maybe" it did not get enough sun so I spent like 2 weeks diagnosing every single component only to find batteries fail and fail and fail. I would get them charged to full... come back 10 hours and voltage drops to 12.2 then in morning sun voltage drops to 11.8. This circus continued with me diagnosing every component of the solar until batteries were the only culprit. Right now batteries are refusing to charge at all. I can't even with these things. This is such a huge disappointment because I have designed my setup around the batteries. Now I am about to completely re-engineer everything. What a waste.

This not only improves the vessel's balance but also makes installation and handling much more convenient. I think the LifePO4 battery has proven to be an excellent investment for my boat. Its remarkable reliability, longevity, fast charging, safety features, and compact design have made it an indispensable component of my boating experience. I wholeheartedly recommend the LifePO4 battery to any boat owner seeking a dependable power source that stands the test of time.
