I ordered this walking pad to help me with my fitness journey. It was received in a timely manner and the box intact. No parts were missing and it was so easy to assemble. I only had to put the foot pads, phone holder on and plug the cord in. It’s extremely quiet and the perfect length/width for normal walking/jogging. I’m 5’8” and it’s perfect for my stride.     • Definitely not a steep incline - but great otherwise

I waited a couple months after buying this treadmill to really give it time to figure out how I felt about it. 1. This is great for the price you cannot beat it. 2. It’s not noisy. You can definitely hear it, but it’s not disruptive or annoying. I use it while my kids nap and it does not wake them up. 3. The power cord that comes with it is weirdly short, which is limiting the locations within my house that I can use it. It pulls too much power to use a standard extension cord safely so you gotta make sure that there’s a place that’s functional for you to use it in your home. The power cable is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet long. 4. The item says it has a really steep incline option, however, the risers that come with it only lifted up about an inch. I think this part is a bit of false advertising, as I’d like to be able to increase it to a deeper incline as the description suggests. 5. This is incredibly easy to set up. I did it on my own in about 10 minutes without any assistance. Make sure you lubricate the belt as it recommends, you’ll need to lubricate it more frequently. If you use it quite often this seems to resolve any of the overheating issues or noise issues that people suggest. 6. The version that I bought has the handlebar which I find incredibly useful when using the pad over 3.OMPH I can imagine if I did not get the one with the handlebar I would’ve had to return it. 7. Having the remote as well as the controls on the handlebar are incredibly useful and make this much easier to use. 8. You will probably need to adjust the belt to center it, some people have complained about this however tweaking it here and there it seems to be staying centered for me and I use this almost every day for at least 30 minutes. Overall: Highly recommend, giving four stars due to the false advertising on the incline. Otherwise great investment. ... show more

I purchased a Wellfit walking pad as a family gift in December 2024, and it has been a fantastic addition to our daily routine. It’s perfect for getting in our steps and is easy to use, making it an essential part of our everyday fitness routine. However, in March 2025, we encountered an issue with the motor. I reached out to the company via email for troubleshooting, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. Vivian, from the customer service team, got back to me within five hours! She was not only prompt but also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Vivian asked for a video recording of the issue I was experiencing and promptly sent it off for further evaluation. Her communication has been clear, professional, and very attentive, which has made this entire experience much easier to navigate. I am truly impressed with Wellfit’s customer service. I highly recommend the Wellfit walking pad to anyone looking for an effective, easy-to-use piece of fitness equipment, and I am confident that their customer service will take care of any issues that might arise.
