This is a decent walking pad. I've already had to pack it into a small closet and it fit nicely. I'm a heavy guy (220 lb) and it doesn't seem to have any issues even at higher speeds. UPDATE:: 6/7/2025 Upon contacting Customer Service due to my walking pad malfunction I was issued a full refund. 5⭐️ customer service. I have been using this walking pad almost daily for 2 months. At first it was perfect. Easiest way to get daily steps in, and when not being used, it fit perfectly under my couch. However, in the last several weeks I have experienced several “lurches” in the tread while walking causing me to slightly lose my balance. At first it was very mild so I thought it my shoes were too grippy for the tread. I switched shoes but today I experienced a serious lurch which made me realize this is a malfunction and I no longer feel safe walking on this walking pad. I have reached out to customer service. I got this for my sister she was looking for something to help finish off her steps. She wanted something with a small foot print that could B set in front of the TV and B quiet. It had to have a strong motor and incline. No running on this at all. She doesn't go over 3mph but likes the incline @ 10% For the price it's a great deal. To make it "PERFECT" I wish the top was open and the plastic pieces on the end of the rails were off. Other than that she walks on this for miles and hours. ... show more
