I love tbis griddle !!! This is the best piece of cast iton I have ever owned. Bring Indian I used it daily to mske breakfast like eggs , pancakes etc . Sometimes I use to just warm bread or stirfry mushrooms & greens :) Irs perfect. I am a Indian and I really wish COOKLIFE comes with a 10inch version of this griddle. It would be perfect to make Neer dosas which are a staple in most Indian families living here is US. Being close to 70 and have been cooking forever, I really didn’t think it was possible to fall in love with a pan, but I did! We all know that cast iron rules, but there are cons- like difficulty cleaning it- heaviness- awkward mobility with the handle- well this pan fixes all those things! The cooking capacity is excellent- the quality of the pan is top notch- not as heavy and cleans well. Value for the money is good- it doesn’t leave any black residue so taste is unaffected, does not warp and does not stick. Take your cooking to a new level and get this pan. You will be pleased

I have an electric stove and this evens out the heating. Nice pan, size is good for a person or 2. I spent $60 on this guy, a little pricy since you could get a 12” pan for the price but the minimal edge makes it worth it as a griddle replacement.

Wonderful pan with many uses. Lip is high enough to collect small amounts of juices & contain quite a high stack of ingredients. I use it for oven s’mores, whole tilapia covered with peppers & onions, & oven roasting chicken breasts with asparagus. Easy cleanup. Holds heat well. Suggest buying the silicone handles to fit it.
