We were so excited to try this after reading all the positive reviews. We took it out and started to assemble it. Went to fill with water and all the water started leaking everywhere and then we noticed it was broken and cracked. So disappointing. The only option to get a replacement is to pay to send it back and them send a new one, I'm not paying more money for a defect item. Packaging looked fine, just this piece was broken. ... show more

    • Cleans well but definitely room for improvement
When I first got the mop, I was pleased after the first use (and slightly disgusted because of how much dirt was on the mop pad 💀). However, this steamer mop isn’t a good fit for me. The cord length is not long enough. You have to unplug it, turn it on, wait for it to heat up and then continue mopping. The water tank doesn’t sit well in the mop after refilling it and the button to release it sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. As right now, I’m also having issues with the power button. I’ve had to press it 3 or 4 different times to get it to start warming up. I’m giving 4 stars because as far as cleaning wise, it gets the job done, but there are definitely flaws to this product design and functionality. ... show more

My new favorite cleaning item! It heats up rapidly and steam cleans the floor thoroughly without much effort. Wish the cord were a little longer but it’s not short by any means. Love that this sanitizes the floors without any chemicals. Lastly, my favorite thing about this mop is that you can steam clean your carpets by using one of the attachment it comes with. I liked the steam mop at first. It is lightweight and steamed well. My floor looked nice. The second time I was going to clean my floors , it won't even turn on. I checked connections and everything. Still nothing. I am so disappointed.

The cord is way too short and when you have to unplug to clean another area, it takes a little time to produce heat again. Today I swept the floor, steam mopped in and then used a swiffer to go over the area again to see how clean my floor was. I was shocked to see how much dirt was on my swiffer pad after steam mopping.
