  • awesome tablet, Procreates fun!
Style: WiFi Size: 128GB Color: Silver
Got this to do some doodling on Procreate. I've seen so many youtubers use this and the program works just fine to do the projects. Apple definitely exceeded all expectations in simplicity and clarity. I also like how the apple pencil charges on the side of the tablet, making it super convenient. The battery life is fair. I also got a screen protector and cover case, along with the apple 2 pencil. Hefty investment, but worth it. ... show more

  • 2nd Successful Amazon Ipad Pro Purchase!
Style: WiFi Size: 128GB Color: Silver
Short Version: comprehensive, intuitive, beginner friendly, incredible clarity My first Apple iPad Pro purchase through Amazon was for a used 1st gen in December 2016, my current model was purchased December 2021, I’ve had a fantastic experience with each. (The 1st gen is currently enjoyed by Dad.) I appreciate the availability, lower price, and quick shipping on Amazon, through Amazon Prime. My current IpadPro is fantastic thus far, returning to a PC is not an option. Apple is intuitive and comprehensive, everything works together, including Iphone and AppleTV, though one can keep everything separate if that’s the preference. I don’t have to remember logins or passwords either (one less thing). A new user may wish to press every button to see what it does, for example the tiny icon of a gear is for “SETTINGS’, so touch everything on the list, top to bottom, to become more familiar with function, do the same with the apps— anyway that’s what I did. The fantastic organization and over all security is an appreciated feature too. A few things are lacking for hard-core users, but for one who primarily writes and dabbles in art, it has everything required to suit my needs. Amazingly, whether new or old, every iPad sold is kept up-to-date for YEARS through Apple updates—my seven year old 1st gen iPad Pro has the latest operating system, iOS 15 thus far, same as as my latest model So cool— PS. RE BLOOMING: for my eyes the brightness level is turned down so even if blooming was an issue, I wouldn’t care in the least because even at a low setting everything is striking clear and visible. Frankly, the highest setting is so bright I can’t imagine anyone leaving it on. ... show more

  • Amazingly BIG
Style: WiFi Size: 512GB Color: Silver
This is pretty much like having a 13" laptop. I am a pianist, and I was looking for something larger than the old 9" iPad I already had to download sheet music for piano. There are several free apps that allow you to transfer your hard-copy pages by tacking a photo and transferring them to the iPad. It is nice and bright and clear and almost as large as an 8.5" x 11" music sheet. I opted for the 512 GB size then I discovered transferring the sheet music requires very little file space. So now I take the iPad with me when I travel instead of a laptop. It is powerful enough to do what a laptop will do for my needs. And it sure beats carrying around a briefcase full of piano music. Actually, I can pretty much store everything I play here with plenty of room to spare so I have all my sheet music with me anywhere I go. If you play an instrument, you really should consider transferring the written copies to an iPad or other tablet. ... show more

  • Die hard ipad fan. Bury me with my iPad pleas
Style: WiFi Size: 256GB Color: Space Gray
I purchased one of the first iPads. I think Steve Jobs might have still been alive. I LOVED THAT IPAD. I was told I was dumb because the second version would come out soon with all the crap gone and I’d wish I could get that one. WRONG! I did get the second generation and gave my blue color husband my 1st generation. It was a great way for him to learn how to use it. He still loves his iPads. It’s been a great routine and we’ve done it every since. I purchased my 12.9 iPad Pro 2021. This was my 2nd 12.9 if I remember correctly. It’s a little soon to do it again but my last iPad is giving me problems I’ve never had. After I have used my iPad long enough to get the iPad warmed up the buttons start not responding for me. Like in Amazon if I push to see a video about a product it will not show that video. I can try to start that video for an hour with no response. If I open my older iPad or one of our two iPhones the video works immediately. This happens on a very regular basis now. The iPad itself almost feels slightly bent. The iPad is so thin that this worries me. In fact when we purchased it it really did worry me so we purchased really nice and firm holders. I am so frustrated, is anyone else having my same problem? I would like to keep the system we have going. It’s to soon to get a new one, especially now that we are retired and on very fixed incomes. I will always be a die hard ipad owner. But I need one to last me longer. Any suggestions. Can iPad give me some support or credit here? Anyone that can help this old lady would be appreciated. I still think this is hands down the best tablet on the market. It would probably beat any lap top and most desk tops in my mind. This is getting bad enough I’m afraid it’s going to quit working. It’s taken care of because only I or my husband or occasionally a family adult might use it, that is rare though. Everybody knows to leave my iPad alone. One last problem. Why do the charging cables not last very long. ... show more

  • It's my lifeline now.
Style: WiFi Size: 256GB Color: Silver
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, this iPad, and the latest MacBook Pro. I am a software developer and use the laptop for all development and some video editing. It's great, but when I'm relaxing on the couch, I use the iPad for all of my browsing as well as planning my projects using MindNode. I use Notes extensively. Both Notes and MindNode sync with the Mac. I love all Apple products but I use the iPad most of all. Beautiful screen, bug-free, very fast. ... show more
