The media could not be loaded. Got mine in with all the hesitation I was reading in the reviews.. it definitely plug and play simple to install in my 07 Tahoe LTZ every thin works as should learned the unit in 30 min set it up with my music and videos and it’s the real deal love it ..

My phone would never connect correctly. Contacts or nothing would download and the mirror screen would not allow the movies to play form my phone. There was not a good connection.
