Ok so I will start off by saying I returned this product. Maybe I got one made on a Monday I don't know but here is my honest review.... its obvious a china made incubator. The instructions SUCK.... I seriously had to watch a YouTube video to put the darn thing together. So I get it together start the incubator and all seems great. Within 24 hours I put my eggs in and all seems good. A few days later my additional thermometer says it dropped temperature by almost 10 degrees. So I decided to reset the temperature and increase it, unfortunately the whole thing was glitched out and it would not allow me to move the temperature up or down. I even unplugged it and it still wouldn't work. Then I reset the machine (you hold 2 bottons down at at the same time) and then it finally worked and allowed me to reset my temperature. At this point I was so frustrated I decided I was done with it. I don't need something that is going to fail again 5 days in and loose all my expensive eggs!!! NOPE!! So I sent it back. However beware IT WAS A PAIN IN THE BUTT to send back I had to write them multiple times and call Amazon multiple times before I was able to get my money all back from this transaction. On the flip side the egg turners was ok and there are 2 egg turners in it, that alone is worth the listing price if you price them individually they are expensive but still the whole set up is cheaply made. I am giving this a 3 star because if it worked it would be a good product but like I said maybe mine was made on a Monday. If you buy it good luck, its a cheap china incubator.

I have NEVER bought an electronic item that required FULL ASSEMBLY. There are NO assembly instructions and so my neighbor put it together. She plugged it in and the motors began smoking suggesting a fire was about to start. The company told Amazon that they refused to exchange or refund until it was assembled AGAIN and photographed or videoed. The company argued with a customer wanting the purchaser to be the QC engineer and prove the item doesn't work. And the one email they sent started with, "Dear," and no business letter starts with that. So we got scammed. Do NOT buy this product!
