Don't waste your money on this doorbell. Battery only lasts two weeks. Have been putting it on the calendar every time and doesn't last. Also doesn't pick up very well. Chime goes off before anything shows up and you have to wait to see who or what it is. Should have returned it, but wanted to try it for awhile. Didn't get any better. Installation was simple expect for the fact that I didn’t receive the key to remove the camera from the mount. That was incredibly frustrating because finding something to get it off was not in my plans! Eventually a friend of mine found a way and from that point on it was easy. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The clarity is good, however, when it is working. Seems we have to reset this camera often, it disconnnects too many times, so when you really need it, it’s not connected.
