You are able to see what you need and hear everything as well. You can talk back and forth with the other person on record. Even if you don't pay for the monthly subscription, you can always take screenshots. The monthly subscription is only like $4 as well! Very easy to install and take a very shorts time. It's it not that big either. I have little hands, and it's about as long as my hand. Th quality of it is very well too. It is not just a cheap device. A little slow on the real time, but that's about 3 seconds off. You do have to charge it here and there, but with a fast charger, it's pretty quick.

After a suggestion from a friend, I decided to give this product a shot. As I was also planning to go out of town for several days and wanted to know if my pet sitter would actually be there for and at the specified times. Thankfully my friend recommended this one, as there were just way too many options to sort through. Being on a budget as well, this one appealed to my empty wallet. PROS: Very easy to set up and install. The entire process took me maybe 15 minutes, including screwing it into a very solid door. The images are very clear and crisp. Sound comes through and goes out clear. No issues understanding people at my door, even with heavy traffic noise in the background. Battery life is pretty damn good. My neighbor's set it off when they leave (I live in an apartment with another facing our door) and they seem to go in and out of their door more than anyone I've ever known. After fully charging it two weeks ago, it's still at 65% as of writing. It would probably be much higher if my neighbors were agoraphobic... It has options to adjust your "Human detection zones" and you are able to adjust the sensitivity to "human detection" so that bugs, birds and uh...uhm... bananas don't accidentally set it off. I honestly hate when bananas set off your video security. Thank goodness for this feature! CONS: Every so often I'll get an alert and absolutely nothing is there, recorded or otherwise. The app is not super intuitive. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to add my fianceé without removing me from the account. Once I was able to locate the difficult to find area of the app (it's in green on my app, between whatever you named the camera and the battery life) not obviously something you think you can click on/linked, I found that you are able to add multiple people to your account (somewhere between 5-7, if I recall correctly.) Being able to review or save any of the footage on your camera requires another subscription to their cloud service. It's not much, but it's yet ANOTHER subscription to deal with. Overall impression? It's totally worth the price. Obviously I have no idea how long it will hold up, as I've only had it less than a month. But this far, I'm definitely impressed with what I get for the dollar amount.

If you’re looking for a cheaper off brand fake ring camera, stop looking. I got this . The speaker is great I can hear anyone who is outside. I can take back to them . The camera is clear . It covers a lot of land . I actually got 2. I like them so much and will be buying more.
