    • Terrible ring doorbell
This camera didn’t work at all. It only captures me going in and out the house. Not anymore at your door, lawn nor walking up to my house or calls pulling u to my driveway. Chat with support and no matter what assistance they try to give you it still doesn’t work. Absolutely useless!

Works fine, battery doesn’t last very long (although I assume it’s because we have a lot of activity) and it is not compatible with Apple HomeKit. It’s easy to connect though. Required subscription. I only bought it because the apartments where I live don’t provide a doorbell. It’s loud enough to hear from any room in my 3 bedroom apt. You can probably do w/o subscribing but if you need security or live in a sketchy place you need the cloud service. It’s been like a month and it hasn’t fallen off the adhesive tape it comes with. I’m not sure if I have to play with the detection settings, it won’t pick anything other than human shapes. So like a car passing by doesn’t get recorded. Picture quality is great even though I haven’t taken off the plastic the device was protected with. I do wish it would record like 1-3 more seconds after detection ends because it cuts off some times. I don’t know if there is a setting for that. Anyway, I paid like $28 for the yearly subscription so I guess I can update my review after that. ... show more

Hate it. It don’t work. They charged me twice for a one yr subscription Door bell is within steps of router and still won’t connect customer service is trash they try and give you ask these solutions that’s pretty common sense to do when you’re having WiFi connection issues now a week later and they don’t respond when I suggest they send me a new door bell (which is stated they will do so if any issues) I just want my money back for everything ... show more
