The battery is not removable for charging. This will not fit through the door on the public bus. And when you receive it. The battery will most likely stop working. A days later or it won't charge at all. Good luck getting their company customer service to contact you or answer the phone.

My wife and I already had a regular mobility scooter, and it worked fine for one person. The problem was, when we both wanted to go out together, it just wasn’t very convenient.I came across this two-seater scooter and decided to give it a try. We’ve only had it for a few days, but so far we’re very pleased with it. Even with both of us riding, it still has plenty of power and does not feel like it is struggling. The battery life has also been good for the short trips and errands we’ve used it for. I also like the remote key and alarm feature more than I expected. Once the scooter is locked, if someone tries to move it, the alarm goes off. That gives us a little extra peace of mind when we park it outside for a few minutes. The packaging was very solid too. It came in a strong cardboard box, and inside there was a metal frame protecting the scooter. It arrived with no damage at all. Overall, we’re happy with it. It makes it much easier for the two of us to get out together, and that was the main reason we bought it ... show more
