The beekeeping pants are great. Have used twice, and no stings at the ankles, as I had experienced with some defensive bees wearing regular jeans and a veil. Ordering and receiving the right size was a challenge. I first ordered a size 30 waist for my actual size 32, after reading buyer comments. Got a size L that was WAY too big. Easy return, with advice from seller to order a M replacement. Ordering is by waist size only, not S.M.L, so I tried ordering size 28. That got me a size S very promptly, which fits beautifully. Waist and inseam are perfect for bee pants. Just very hard to order the size you need. Seller needs to rationalize SML vs. waist measurement sizing. With the elasticized waist, exact waist sizing is not critical. ... show more

I am a new beekeeper. These pants are oversized in the legs and comfortably snug in the waste and ankles. Thick fabric and lots of pockets. You can wear your pants underneath or just them. These pants look just like the pants in the product photo. I normally wear a size 14-16 (L). I did size up and they fit just like I wanted; oversized, airy, and comfortable. Like the title says, I used them for pest control. Mostly yellow jackets, but also bold faced and European hornets. Never had a sting through. I also appreciated the large sizing and nice long zippers on the ankles that made getting in and out of them in the field with nowhere to sit super easy. These are huge. The sizing doesn't make sense. I got a size 30 for a 37" waist. I think they could go up to 45" waist easily. I like the zippers on the legs so that I can put them on/take them off with my shoes on. You have to tighten them up with the drawstring or THEY WILL SLIDE, leaving you... ahem... exposed to the bees. Four-star for good quality but two stars for sizing .. I ordered a medium first and it was humongous. I am five 2 1/2 and 148 pounds. I exchanged them for a small and they are still humongous, I could get two or three more legs in each pant leg 😂 but I’m going to keep them the quality is good, there is a drawstring .. and at least I won’t get sweaty, or stung I hope 😉 ... show more
