This has been one of my very best Amazon purchases. I love the fact that the pan is PFOA-free and PTFE free. My family deserves to be free of these dangerous agents. This is what attracted me to the pan in the first place. Now, I love it for many, many reasons. The pan really is non-stick. I've made so many things in mine: eggs, pancakes, home fries, etc. Nothing sticks. And clean up is so easy. No scrubbing is necessary when nothing sticks. This skillet is heavy. It seems like it's a high-quality item that will last close to forever. I admit to liking copper cookware just for looks, though this one is attractive. I hang my copper ones above my island. I actually cook in this pan, and everything comes out wonderfully. The lid fits well, and as far as I'm concerned, including the lid is a huge plus. I would have bought this skillet even without the lid. If you're looking for a high-quality skillet, you can't go wrong with this one.

This is a beautiful, well-constructed pan. It is a generous size. I've seen some of the reviews complaining about it not being non-stick, and I'm wondering if they read and followed the instructions. The pan does need to be seasoned before the first use, it takes less than 3 minutes. Then you don't cook on this in the same manner as other pans. You need to preheat the pan, without oil, until water dances across the surface and evaporates, then turn it down to medium/medium low for a minute before adding the oil and beginning to cook. The first thing I made in this was thin omelets. The first one did start to stick a bit, and I turned the heat dow - It was now about setting 3 or a little under.on my electric stove. The second, third and 4th omlettes slid out like they were sitting on glass. Beautiful! Clean up was super easy with a sponge, soap and water. I can't weigh in on scratch-resistance yet, but I don't imagine that if you follow the recommended steps, don't use metal utencils, clean with a soft sponge, I don't see that it would be a problem. I will update this review if I find there is a problem, but it isn't anticipated. This was a fair price and it was out test pan. I will buy a full set of these pans!

This skillet is a game-changer in my kitchen. The hybrid nonstick surface really lives up to its promise—food releases easily, yet the pan still gives a nice sear like stainless steel. I love that it’s PFOA-free and safe for my family. Cleanup is quick, whether by hand or in the dishwasher, and it’s sturdy enough to go in the oven too. The matching lid is a big plus. It works perfectly on my induction cooktop, but I’ve also tried it on gas and it heats evenly every time. Excellent quality and well worth the price!

Great quality pan! I’ve had good luck with ground beef, steak, eggs, etc. I took one star off for difficulty cleaning. The indentations collect debris that require some scrubbing with the scouring side of the sponge to remove. That said those same valleys do a great job protecting the non stick coating. I’ve been using this for a while now and it still looks brand new after a good scrubbing.

It did an excellent job when I tested it, cooked food evenly, and nothing stuck. I have not owned it long enough to know how long it will last. Edit: It did not last. I've had it for 2 months, and most of the non-stick is gone. Nothing looks different, it's just the food is sticking now. The construction is excellent with riveted connectors that are not going to come loose, and the design on the pan is kind of pretty. The glass lid has a steam release hole which is a nice detail.
