The media could not be loaded. I didn’t expect to love this tank as much as I do, but it ended up being the best thing I treated myself to this holiday season. The tank looks clean and sharp right out of the box. The rimless glass gives it a really nice, modern look, and the light is brighter than I expected for a kit. Setup was easy. The filter runs quietly, the heater holds temp without me babysitting it, and all the included media is actually usable. I didn’t have to run back to Amazon to buy “extras,” which was a relief. Once it was up and running, the fun started. It’s the perfect size for shrimp and small fish, and it’s been relaxing to build out the scape and watch everything settle in. It’s one of those hobbies that pulls you in without feeling overwhelming. If you’re thinking about getting into aquariums or just want something new to enjoy at home, this tank is absolutely worth it.     • Light failing after only 1 week
The aquarium seems to be okay, but the light is failing after only a week of use. The light was only turned on during daylight hours but is flickering and barely providing any light now. We just planted several plants so no light is a problem.

The light stopped working after about a week so I had to buy a new one. Also the heater is not strong enough for a 10 gal tank, I’ve had to put a second heater in to get to 78 degrees. The tank is nice, filter is still working so far.

Absolutely 10/10 best aquarium kit I have tried. The tank is beautiful. The light it comes with is a nice bright light (though I wish it had an inbuilt timer). Glass is absolutely crystal clear. Filter works very well and is quiet.

I would not buy this product. I bought the 10 gallon kit with filter and the filter was missing the entire oil collection section of the piping and the filter does not work. The aquarium itself seems nice but when I tried to have the missing parts sent to me they will not send the parts but instead want me to send the entire 10 gallon aquarium back. I am very disappointed as I need the aquarium now. ... show more

Not only is this tank beautiful, but their customer service is next level. I did have an issue with a faulty part, but I reached out to them on WhatsApp (info in the box). They were able to help me troubleshoot, and ultimately sent me a replacement. This was our first aquarium but I can tell it won’t be the last, and I’ll absolutely order one of these again ... show more
