Upon installing it on my holo the top middle post broke but it doesn’t affect it at all really and is still holding tight. The only thing I would say about it is that after installing it I noticed that the light would reflect on it and I could see myself in the sight while aiming in the sun, it’s not too bad and a small price to pay to keep my sight from getting shot out 👍🏼 ... show more

    • Doesn't fit as intended
I have a mock eotech 553 and I can confidently say that this does not fit. The top tab is too thick. Even when removing the metal outer cowl for the site, it still does not fit correctly. The two side tabs do fit however it is not secured and if face down will fall off.

I should have read the reviews prior to impulsively buying this POS. You will not be able to see through the clear plastic. This thing distorts the picture and leaves your optics useless. It wasn't made with quality material thus the distortion. Tossed it in the trash at the range as it was past my window of returning it. Take your $9 and goto home depot and buy a small piece of Lexan and make your own. ... show more
